Thanks for the update! Another show I've seen mentioned a lot and that I second that you should watch is Invincible!!! It's animated but it's created by Robert Kirkman, the walking dead creator. Lots of Walking Dead cast and it's really great. You wouldn't be disappointed. Oh! Or if you don't want to wait for Invincible to be over (it's ongoing) I would recommend Avatar the Last Airbender! I've seen people recommend it and it's great as well!

Buffy is wonderful! The first season they’re finding their feet a bit, but season one is quite short (still fun though). It’s a little dated, but the writing and cast are so good, it still holds up really well.

I hope you do give Anime/Animated shows a chance eventually, maybe a poll? Invincible, Vinland Saga, Avatar, Attack on Titan.. Only a handful of shows I'm sure you two would enjoy. (Attack on Titan has 13 episodes that have a 9.7+ rating on IMBd)

Thanks for the update I am so glad that The Expanse and Crisjen Averserala are safe and so is the drinking game! Lol. Even if my show never gets a bunch of likes... I will request it often. Into the Badlands. I love the story, the characters, the martial arts, and the costumes. It is so underrated! 3 Seasons with 32 episodes.

I'll vote for Game of Thrones! I'm one of the strange few that didn't watch it when it was running. I know the big beats - you can't spend time on YouTube and not be exposed. Big warning about Buffy: the special effects are dreadful.

I'm definitely down for a GoT rewatch and a first time watch for Fringe! Had a crush on Joshua Jackson in the 90's, lol. I'd love to finish Bates Motel some day. Thank you for addressing the really long shows like Buffy and and Supernatural and not wanting to start them and quit mid-series 💙 It was me that asked about your personal watch list, lol. Buffy is worth it from start to finish, never was a point for me where I wanted to stop watching it. Same with it's spin off

I’ve never really been interested in severance but I’ve heard a lot about it at least it’s not a super long show that will take a while to get through. Hopefully we can get to some animated stuff at one point soon too. There’s a lot of good stuff to watch in that regard.

If not the 15 season supernatural, itd ne cool if youd react to the 2 season anime of it. Some actors from the show reprise their role. That way you can see if youll enjoy the story/premise. You should also pick ones you enjoy.

Are there any plans to watch season 2 of Fallout? I really love these videos. I am super excited for Severance. Also Fringe and The Sopranos are both great shows.

You gave me heart palpitations when you mentioned Resident Alien and Widow's Bay. I understand what you mean about starting a show and not knowing if it will continue. However, if you watch Season 1 of Widow's Bay and you both decide it does not interest you (that is hard to comprehend) you don't need to worry about reacting to Season 2. But, if you do enjoy it then it will be a great anticipation for that next season. Also Resident Alien is done with 4 seasons so would get through it pretty quickly.

Totally agree on comment about Ted Lasso, absolutely beautiful show that is in no way dependent on an interest in Football. Also you mentioned Deadwood, as you loved Black Sails so much you would love Deadwood. Very similar dialogue taking an era you wouldn't expect intricate almost Shakespearean dialogue like Black Sails did with Pirates Deadwood did with the Wild West

I mentioned The Sandman in the comments section sometime last year but never see anyone else mention it, Its very short and it has ended. For me it's as close to a perfect show as I've seen (apart from Lost), hopefully it's on your radar. I know you would both love it.

Actually not as long some people think. The New Who era 2005-2024 is about 196 episodes; this includes the specials. That’s about 50ish more than Buffy and over 120 less than Supernatural. If you factor in the Walking Dead which has 177 episodes without its spinoff and over 300 with the spinoff then Doctor who falls right in the middle

So I hear you about long television shows, BUT Buffy is one of the rare ones that doesn't decline imo. It's pretty much a good ride all the way through, which is why I think it has remained popular. I definitely think Trin will like it as she liked Charmed and I remember Rob saying TVD was a guilty pleasure. Also...how have you see TVD and not Buffy? TVD was basically a Buffy rip off. But anyway, it's also hugely popular with reactor channels and gets a ton of views and new subscribers usually. At least that's what many of the reactors I've watched have said. So I don't think there would be a no one watching. But I've pushed insanely enough now! Also, it was nice to finally get to chat with you too the other day!

Ha! Should've guessed as much! Yeah, I have comments about TVD, but I'm not sure how much you've seen and if you ever want to revisit, so I'll zip my mouth on it. TO is better imo, though I have my issues with it as well. I prefer the tone of TO more. Maybe worth a watch some day if you run out of stuff down the line, which judging by the poll list won't be for awhile. There are definitely better shows out there.
