I love Beard, but Beard After Hours is such an odd episode. One of two special episodes they did this season, I think. Strangely out of place, but I still enjoyed it. 😅

Beware The Jabberwock

“Beard After Hours” was a take on the film “After Hours.” Unfortunately, most people haven’t seen it. Apparently, they had to unexpectedly add two more episodes to this season, so they did the Beard one and the Christmas one. It’s a rare miss for this show.

For the longest time Ted's face has reminded me of someone else I just couldn't place it. Then when he had his panic attack and he is speaking to the doctor it hit me! John Krasinski (aka Jim Halpert) aka Emily Blunt's husband, from US version of The Office. Now I can't unsee it.

Beware The Jabberwock

Two of my favorite bits of trivia about the funeral episode: 1. The story Ted tells about his dad and the book report, is actually something Jason Sudeikis’s father did for him when he was in school. 🥰 2. Rick Astley said he was “blown away and really moved” by how they used his song it in the eulogy scene. He was also already a fan of the show. ❤️
