LOST S3E2 The Glass Ballerina FULL REACTION

Comments

Gilstead

Been waiting for this ever since S2 E5(or E6)! Disappointed in you Sun ... but then again, she is and was very young (23 at the time of the crash I believe) so she is somewhat excused in my book.

Oh and I've spread the good word about the new LOST reaction GOATs (meaning you), so expect massive incoming traffic =)

The guy who plays Benjamin Linus/HenryGale is an incredible actor. he just chews up any scene he is in because he's that good. Obviously, not now since you've got so many shows on your plate but there's a show that he stars in called Person of Interest, may be worth looking into if you like the actor since he's amazing, but it's a 5 season show so it's another big comittment like Lost lol.

I'm so excited for you to experience the rest of this series. You're the perfect viewer for a show like Lost.

Wendy Sparks

Michael Emerson is just so brilliant... imbuing Ben with just the perfect mix of smarm & charm. I think there are probably a couple of reasons why Kate and Sawyer were also taken. One of which was demonstrated in this episode. What made Kate submit to the forced labor? Love how much you're loving it all!

Mel Ireland Lostie

Hard for me to pick a favourite season they are all so good; but my favourite season to watch people react to is definitely season 5 followed by 4 and the final of the whole series is always special.

Fun fact time: The voice that say Previously on lost was a mystery for a long time, but it was revealed that it is LLoyd Braun, who was an ABC Exec at that time. He was the one who originally came up with the idea for a serialized Survival / Lord of the Flies show, which evolved into Lost. Altough his script doesn't bear much resemblance to the show as we know it, he was fired from ABC just when he greenlit Lost, so JJ and Lindelof felt like they owned him with this little homage. The creation of Lost is a fun read, especially the treatment that JJ and Lindelof submitted to ABC to convince them to renew the show for a full season, after producing the pilot. There's a big red part with caps lock saying something like 'WE SWEAR THAT LOST IS NOT A SERIALIZED SHOW, VIEWERS CAN JOIN IN ON ANY EPISODES, AND IT'S ESPECIALLY NOT A SCI-FI SHOW, TRUST US'. Well.. :D They also pitched some episode ideas, like in one episode there'll be a democratic election on the island between Jack and Locke, the next episode giant ants (wtf) attack the survivors.. (these are not spoilers for future episodes :D )

Remember in the S2 finale, Desmond called the Others the hostiles, and Kelvin called them the natives (or maybe he said the hostiles aswell - one of those!).

Tomorrow is my 50th Birthday, my only wish is for y'all to take a week off work and binge Lost. lol No no really in all seriousness it should only take a couple of days if you have food delivered in and don't shower. lol jk

Also, has anyone else noticed that the background and Rob get hotter with every episode? Trins avatar is always hot, but Rob's becoming a smoke show.

Caleb Woods

Rob has the hots for Juliet! The SHOCK when Rob finds out about Sun’s affair LOL Good job on recognizing the Red Sox callback! Excellent thoughts and theories! “Juliet is alluring.” Yes, love it!

Michelle Leach

Can’t even blame you in your lust for Juliet 😍 girl crush on Elizabeth Mitchel for sure! Hehe. lovely seeing you on screen again!❤️
