I think Rick is going to Terminus to see if any of the others might have gone there. Just think about it, they've lost there own sanctuary and have zero confirmation about the rest of their group so I think it's just wishful thinking that maybe the others are there.

At least in my region of the US it's referred to as cheez whiz, but I'm guessing they said crazy cheese because of trademarks. Cheez Whiz is a brand name but also a catch all term for the product kind of like how Kleenex is a catch all term for tissues.
