They’re supposedly coming with a lex grossman movie soon lmao; was announced last year. Im so ready!!! Tom had a blast with it and i want it

Jennifer Newton

So funny and over the top! RDJ got an Oscar nom for Best Supporting Actor. (It was the year Heath Ledger won.)

YYZHawk

RDJ's role as Kirk Lazarus/Osiris was truly brilliant, precisely because it is a satire/mockery of the pretentious and extreme so-called "method actors".

Saidi Louise

Love love love this movie. It's a regular around here. The character Tug Speedman was a play on Tom Cruise.

Linda Cannarsa

I agree with your appreciation of Tom Cruise in this movie. His popularity was slipping in the mid 2000’s after firing his publicists, behaving erratically and lecturing the public about Scientology. He used this role as a way eating some humble pie and taking himself a little less seriously. As a result I think he gained back some respect from the fans.

Sherry Bandito

I do not care for Tom cruise but will give the movie a shot and check it out

He did something similar on his newest movie. Hired my favorite singer/band to write then he came in one day fired everyone 😢

Ok, I love this freakin movie. Quote lines from it all the time. I have always hated Tom Cruise as a human. But as an actor he's great. At the time this was done he was still with Katie Holmes and was probably the most normal ever in his life. Like I said great actor, but I can't and will never take him seriously as a human. The dude is bonkers with that Scientology, which I hope I don't offend anyone here but it is absolute bat shit craziness. David Miscavage has blown so much smoke up Tom Cruises' ass that Tom thinks he's some kind of alien God now. This movie is comedy gold, it didn't age well but is still hilarious.

Kim Magee

I dont know, never seen a person who's actually met him that didn't really like him, I believe half what you read in bull and the rest is incorrect

Kim Magee

I also loved Tom Cruise as Stacee Jaxx in Rock of ages

One of my favs!! So good!!🤣🤣🤣

Ish

I KNEW you guys would love this movie. This is the comedy I recommended for the last poll. It's my favorite comedy. They ticked ALL the stereotypical, can't go their boxes and I freakin love it. Comedy is being able to laugh at one's self. Today's cancel culture is slowly killing us. Well, not me because I refuse to buy into it and play along. Have fun guys. Be well, Ish from PA, USA.

The fact you even had to give a "warning" at the beginning is so sad. It's just a MOVIE. its a comedy fiction movie but people want to be offended so bad by everything and everyone, that you have to expressly say "just cuz we laugh doesnt mean we agree" like we know that! I get you have to say it to protect yourselves, im just disappointed that we live in a society where you even have to do that. We should just let people enjoy movies for what they are. Anyway great reaction and I'm glad we all laughed together!
