Another amazing episode guys. Don’t know if you noticed or not but the town they were in is called Jackson it’s actually the town you start at in the second game.

Oh sorry. Should I delete the comment I don’t want to be spoiling for anyone.

I thought it was interesting that they ended the episode with a different version of the song that they ended episode 1 with. I know episode 1 was Depeche Mode. I curious who the artist covering it is. She has a lovely voice.

Also you do get a glimpse of Jackson in the first game from afar when Joel decides to keep traveling with Ellie. Tommy even mentions that the kids will be watching a movie that night.

Keith Duperreault

The ending song is actually performed by Jessica Mazin, the show creator's daughter. I read that they were going to try and get a big name to record a slow version of the Depeche Mode classic, but then he decided to go down the hall in his house to his 18 year old daughter's room and see if she could thro something together. Just.... wow.

Druckman directed "only" the 2nd episode (not the Bill and Franck one) but most episodes have various, different directors anyway. Druckman and Mazin on the other hand wrote all the episodes and are pretty much co-showrunners.

It's funny that everyone recognizes Maria as Tara from True Blood but she was also in the Walking Dead. Not going to spoil it for you guys but she played a small but pivotal role.

OH SHIT!!! She sure freaking did!! Wow you have a great eye! Usually I’m the one that’s good at that but I didn’t even notice she was in The Walking Dead for a little!!!

I love Tommy, but Joel had every right to be mad, I mean he travelled across the country and went through so much because he wanted to save his brother, and ends up finding him living his best life in the town. He could´ve at least send a message on the radio saying that he wasn´t going to respond or something. If he did, then Joel and Tess wouldn´t have left the QZ and Tess could´ve been alive, so I get him. (I´m a little late but I wanted to commented LOL)
