Kale

Oh heck yeah! Love watching me some god of hammers

ln_wanderbooks

Yay! The only Thor movie I really like, can't wait to watch it again with you!!!

Ramona

Been waiting for this movie to watch it together with you guys! 🤩

BadCode

Finally, a really enjoyable Thor movie!

Jessicah Layfield

Been waiting for this one, its definitely one of the great ones. Loved y'alls reactions to it, glad y'all enjoyed it! Lord of the Rings fans often overlap with Marvel, so I saw a lot of people (including myself) going crazy over Eomer and Galadriel being in here!

Zoe Stark

Been waiting for this! i absolutely adore Taika Waititi. Can’t wait to see what you both think :)

Dannielle

Love this movie! Korg is actually voiced by the director Taika Waititi, who is from New Zealand.

James

You guys are the reason I got patreon, love this, knew you would like this movie, just wait and see what comes next, it's amazing.

BadCode

Karl Urban (Skurge) has been around a long time before The Boys. I remember when he was so young in Xena. He kept rising with LotR, the Star Trek reboots, Riddick movies, Bourne Supremacy, Dredd, Doom, Red. Always great to watch, even in iffy movies.

BadCode

The 'Thor' performer to Matt Damon's 'Loki' was Chris Hemsworth's older brother, Luke Hemsworth.

HeauxHalter

The Grandmaster is actually the Collectors (Benicio Del Toro's character from Guardians) brother.

Julia Ashley

Really, the absolute best Thor. It changed how I felt about him. He's grown so much. It's in my top 5 marvel films.

Rashad Walker

Yes at one point in the comics Thor has short hair and also in the comics they have one called planet hulk where hulk lands on sakaar so they incorporated a bit of that storyline into Ragnarok

Rashad Walker

I still love the first Thor the most but I would put Ragnarok at a close second. The rest are a distance away

Ahh! I'm so glad you loved this film- it's one of my favourites too! Taika Waititi, the director, is an absolute genius. He also play's Korg, the guy made of rocks, who has a Kiwi accent, like Taika's, although he said he based Korg's voice on the kindly bouncers you find in New Zealand nightclubs- but defo similar to south african lol. The majority of the film was apparently improvised- which is very much Taika's style. Honestly, I would really recommend his other works- Jojo Rabbit (his oscar winning film)-- but also What We Do In The Shadows is one of my all time favourite films. He also produces and acts in some amazing TV- Our Flag Means Death where he plays pirate Blackbeard being my absolute favourite. He's all about mixing comedy and drama to make something funny but truly heartfelt! Anyways- i'm done gushing! I'm super excited to see more of your reactions to come! Thanks guys!

Love this movie - I went to see it four times when it came out. It's just so freaking fun, and it has lots of Loki, which makes me happy. I had a feeling you two would love it and it was such fun watching along with you both!

Bassorelli Chiara

Definetly in my top 5 Marvel movies, it´s just so good. loved the dynamics between Thor and Bruce, Thor and Loki, Valkyrie it´s an amazing character and Hela such a good villain. And let´s not forget about the MVP Korg.

Joshua Markham

This was a complete rebranding of Thor and I for one love it! Definitely does have a more Guardians feel with the cosmic space stuff.

Onno Smits

The Dark Aster (Ronin's ship) had the same architectural design for sure. It's from the same faction. However, the ship in this end credit scene was well over 10 times as large.

I just want to add another voice suggesting JoJo Rabbit as a future reaction. It's an incredible (award-winning) movie and well worth the watch. Try to go in as blind as possible for the best experience. 👍

I hate the Marvel franchise. Except for this movie. It’s an absolute joy from start to finish. (Okay I’ll concede, Dr Strange is watchable. I guess).

Kevin Przy

Same here but that was Black Panther 2 when they told white people not to watch it because it's a "black only film" so I ended up watching it on a different site for free so they don't get my money. It was woke trash anyways and Black Panther 1 had a bit of wokeness as well

Tylor Smith

You might be right. Can't keep up with what I'm allowed to see. I know they called bucky white boy. If reversed the movie would be canceled.

PsYcHoKiLLa

Probably not the first to say it but one of the best lines in the movie "He's a friend from work" was actually made up by a kid, who visited the set for "Make a Wish" and they loved it. I don't think Korg is supposed to be South African by the way, I think he's just a Kiwi cos half the cast were either Kiwi or Aussies, Korg was also played by Taika Waititi who also directed.

Alyssa Dyson

this is my favorite Stand alone MCU movie close second would probably be civil war or winter soldier. Cant wait for the next two Avengers movies though 💜

Thank you for editing your message, it is appreciated. Details are fine, just try to keep it vague when it comes to specifics

Ben

the director Taika Waititi voices the rock man korg. You should react to his film JoJo Rabbit, a WW2 movie with Scarlet Johansen, or Hunt for the Wilderpeople with Sam Neil and the fire kid from Deapool 2! Both feature Taika's comedy stylings

So cool to hear someone say that. As someone who loves pretty much all the MCU (including what's to come), the hate that is rampant from certain corners of fandom is really sad.

WalkingTaako

The chorus in the play is singing the soundtrack that played when Loki "died" in Thor: The Dark World

WalkingTaako

Korg, the rock man, is friends with Miek, a scissors man, and his revolution failed because he didn't print enough fliers - paper.

izzbizz

one of my comfort films for sure. so glad you guys liked it
