YOU TWO MAKE ME SO HAPPY

Wendy Sparks

Just a really fun ride. Liam Neeson was well into his career as a more dramatic actor when this movie propelled him into an action star.

Thursday night / Friday morning (depending on your time zone) is their weekly personal pick movie. Saturday night / Sunday morning is the poll winner movies. As pinned above, they each go one a week, left to right. So this Saturday / Sunday will be Finding Nemo. Next Thursday / Friday will be Venom 2. And so on for September.

Simon Williams

If you like this movie you would LOVE “Man on Fire”. Just saying 😜

Johann Miranda V.

Rob and Trin noticed Shanon, Gregory but didn't notice Roger Workman (Ben's dad) hahahaha.

Octavia

Liam Neeson makes this an incredibly satisfying action thriller. His 'what I do have is a very particular set of skills' speech is iconic. Hope you eventually watch the other 2 movies in the trilogy.

BadCode

If anyone wants to watch a movie along somewhat similar lines -- also set in Paris, but featuring more of an everyman -- then check out Frantic (1988) with Harrison Ford and Emmanuelle Seigner. I used to catch it on cable all the time while growing up.

Angelina Sargent

It's funny you mentioned Shannon's run because they decided to have her do that to make her seem more like a teenager. I've seen videos on her explaining how goofy she feels and she had to channel her inner 12 year old just to be able to act so much younger.

Dude

Trin: "He will find us and kill us"... Well, that would be the case if he were Chuck Norris. Liam Neeson is just one level below, so you are safe for now. Not every Jean-Claude is Van Damme. Now we know that London is on the up-right side from Rob's perspective.

Octavia

This is the first time that I realized that Kim's friend Amanda was played by Katie Cassidy.

adam99x

it's amazing how good this movie is...how fast paced it is...and really, it's not very long. It goes by so quick.

Amanda Logsdon

Haven't seen this in years, great movie.

Alyssa Dyson

Fun fast paced action movie. Love Liam Neeson in this role 💜

Adam Belfort

If you guys remember well, that's pretty much what Deadpool says in the first movie "They made three of those movies. At some point you have to wonder if he's just a bad parent." haha

kimburley

Great fun on my rewatch with ya’ll! IMHO, Liam Neeson showed John Wick his stuff (who then perfected it all) lol

Great movie! A forgotten Harrison Ford gem, like The Mosquito Coast. Would never win a poll here, unfortunately. Only blockbusters win here, I’m learning.

Sydney Elizabeth

Great movie and reaction! Thought I saw it before but I guess not, I was only 6 when it came out so makes sense😂

To be fair, if I had a daughter that was that dumb, irresponsible, and naïve about the dangers of travelling as a tourist, I'd be pretty paranoid/protective as well. 😅

Nadine 🇨🇭

Imagine an action movie with Bryan Mills and John Wick. 🤯

RabidSloth

Aw I wish it had been the unrated extended cut, but it was still an enjoyable reaction and a great movie regardless.

Cyndi McCoy

You guys have no idea how happy you were reacting to this movie! Great reaction by both of you and I would recommend Man On Fire with Denzel Washington.

Neal Riggins

This movie turned Liam Neesan into a certified bad ass action star. He was already a well established actor

Cindy Gillespie

⚜️ Liam Neeson can save me any day! ❤️

Reverend Jim Jones

Awesome. I haven't seen this in probably 10 or more years. It was my favorite action movie. The premise really really makes you invested.

Preacher

Was this a different cut of the movie? I swear in the Marko torture scene, I remember him shoving some iron rods into his legs and connecting the power there, instead of the chair like he did in this one. Anyways, a good movie and a solid entry of the "one man army" genre (if there is such a thing). The Grey is also a good Liam Neeson film, although not so well known, it's my "I miss winter" movie that I tend to rewatch every summer.

Oriana Lo Presti

Unrelated but please add shutter island to a poll. it is a masterpiece

Wayneppanic

dont watch anymore taken films, youre welcome
