Definitely see the influence of Lost. Which is cool.

Octavia

I think there's little chance to see Agnes (Tronte's mother), Doris (Claudia's mother), etc..., in 2019. Because I doubt too many of the adults in 1953 are still alive 66 years later.

Thank you Trin for keeping all the names organized for us...I'd never be able to figure it out or remember them on my own...

This is a surprising side-effect of watching this show: both of their individual strengths really show up!

Wendy Sparks

No wonder that old Helge's vitals skyrocketed when Ulrich was looming over his bedside.

Angelina Sargent

I'm trying to get into this series but I literally can't get any interest in this show. Something is wrong with me.

It's okay... it's not everyone's fave. It could be because many of the characters are just plainly unlikable? And it is a !ot to follow and keep track of, yet it can seem a very compartmentalized pace. It's easier to appreciate the whole thing more on rewatches, but that denotes a first watch though. Don't know if you want to stick it out thru the end of the season, but don't worry if you simply don't enjoy it.
