Konrad Knaup

I swear to god if Transformers is top 4 again I‘m losing my mind

Jose Dominguez

Please vote Wall-e they’ll love it ❤️

SamT

Aslong as we get Transformers, then im happy 😂

Zreston Costello

Don't Look Up Guys! Thought Provoking Film! Would love their spin on it!

Hunter Robinson

These are all fun or good movies in their own rights, but Everything Everywhere All At Once is one of a kind.

Jordan Tanner

Everything everywhere all at once, Man of Steel, and Prey are all amazing movies.

Jack's World

Damn 😩 imma keep being the #1 Avatar Ambassador 😭❤️

D. A.

Please watch IRobot some day 😄

Schmaster

I know it’s not sci-fi but I’d love to watch ratatouille with them

Jenny Lee Villanueva

I wish for Everything Everywhere all at once, Wall-e, Don't Look Up and Prey

kimburley

Good not “wow”. Gosh was hoping for others to win Only voted for one. 😔

Han
>>128435022

Same… if we don’t win it’ll be too late and Rob & Trin will just have forgotten all about the movie

Han

Let’s go maze runners get that first place!

Ryan

I really hope everything everywhere all at once wins 🏆

Joseph Bayley
>>128434687

I hope if it doesn't win they grab it for one of their own choices. Such an incredible film.

Michael Celia

Kinda hoping Everything etc. pulls out a spot. Wall-E is great. Don't Look Up is funny. The others I could skip imo.

Angelina Sargent

This is literally why I suggested we all only get one vote. Sorry, disappointing list considering how good the others were 2 days ago.

Laura Van der Huck
>>128440559

It's fine not all the films one likes make the cut, there are different tastes for movies, some you may not find interesting, others will. And I actually like we get to vote more than once, because sometimes there are more than one we like, so we don't just struggle to pick one and we can give our vote to all we want.

The Goateed Geek

Wow, thats a disappointing final list of SF movies. But that's democracy for you, this is what was voted for so many will enjoy them.

TDWanders

Ok so Rob, Trin and I must have similar taste in movies or something is getting overlooked. I have yet to see a movie I've suggested make it to a poll.

k4rizz4

Prey is amazing!

Ar

Just do them all 😍

Anika
>>128440559

I agree with you. I like voting more than once because you have more say/potential control in more than one option. If your first choice doesn't make it to the final poll, maybe you second, third, or fourth choice will. I don't know if I see a difference in what people will pick if everyone can only pick one choice. But maybe I'm missing something. I do think though that the issue isn't how many choices we can pick, but more maybe the age of the people voting, to some extent. Like for nostalgia sake, older people (born in the early 90s, 80s or older), won't likely pick the same films as people born in the 2000s. Not saying that people born in 2000s will never pick older films. But fims that came out when I was in college are films they saw as a child. So they may vote for those more. I don't mind Disney films, for example. But I prefer to see reactions to the ones I saw when I was a child (Disney Renaissance Era). And those don't get voted for as much as movies like Encanto. Same with Musicals, or any other genre.

Anika
>>128439757

Me too. I haven't seen it but it's the only one in this poll that I voted for. I looked it up, and it looks right up my alley. It reminded me a little of the show Sense8.

Jordan Tanner

Hopefully Rob grabs Man of Steel if it doesn’t win, he being a Superman fan.

Ayleids

Surprised at all the action movies that made it. Voted for wall-e!

James

Wall-E is fire

Scarlett Monrow

You had an amazing first list of sci-fi movies. Classics, almost every one! In this one, only Wall-E is worth watching. Everything else is new, boring flashy action, barely deserves the name of sci-fi. Transformers, really? That trash over Pitch Black and Abyss? Contact? (I haven't seen Paul, though. And never heard of it).

Beware The Jabberwock

Come on “Man of Steel” - it’s worth a watch for the score alone! 🙏🏻🎵🎶

Angelina Sargent
>>128444715

Same. But I'm on a totally different time zone so it doesn't help I don't see the suggestions post till right before its over.

kimburley

Anyway the moderators can post a list of movies Rob and Trin have watched so we do not keep suggesting these. Feels like my poll suggestions are wasted if I post one they have seen. Now, I realize that would be a huge endeavor but going forward if someone adds a movie already seen maybe it can be added to a searchable running list. I would love to really suggest a good movie not seen. 😉

Sean
>>128457453

wow. How long does it take to post your wasted suggestions? For them to post EVERY movie they have ever seen is much more wasted time.

kimburley
>>128457453

I didn’t mean to come off rude. So sorry to see your response was emotional and triggering. Just wanting to make better suggestions if all I post are movies watched (not on Patreon) it seems. If it can’t be done then fine. Just curious

Ico
>>128452664

Transformers is a very good movie same as every movie on this list!! I dont know what u talking about

Shelley
>>128457453

I'm sure if when it comes to the vote next month and you would like to put forward a movie you can ask on a quieter post if they have seen said movie. Rob and trin will always answer anything we ask or suggest when they come on to check the app so you should get a pretty swift response.

Rob & Trin React!
>>128457453

If there was an easy way to do it and be 100% sure people would even read it then we would do it. It is a fair request but a massive undertaking. Every suggestion post I try to work my way down the list and say "we have seen this" so that thay can repost but still it does not work and we have said "we have seen back to the future" at least 20 times 😂. No hate to you ofc just saying how it is on our end with this 💕

Shelley

I've always been pretty skeptical and against the wall e reaction but if its getting the most votes out of over 2000 patreons then we should let it have its day, if we get an animation poll it will free up an extra spot for the classics as it's obviously pretty populour.

sassanach99

I hope that they will get to watch Dune soon. It was directed by the same person that did Arrival.

Superpotroast
>>128452664

I'd pretty much agree with the 'none of these are sci-fi' part of your comment.. But sadly people seem to prefer the newer, flashy action movies over deep thinking science fiction..And so these 'flashy' action movies will always win over the classics any day, unless you make a poll specifically with classic science fiction.. This list is more on the fun popcorn movie tier..So even if it's not a great movie or one that you didn't vote for, they're still fun to watch..

Kim Magee

WOW there is only one film here I wouldn't for, and that's just personal taste was super popular, and as much as I'd like to see prey get in it doesn't look like it's going to and I think as possible that you probably should watch The Predator films first it would stand alone though wouldn't it but seeing them do the whole Predator series would be cool

Kim Magee

It's a shame don't look up isn't doing better too

Superpotroast
>>128464771

Wall-E is definitely on the lower end of my favorite Pixar film list..Even though I like Space and Robots, it's not really my jam..I haven't seen it for a long time, so I might watch it if it wins..Just think most people like it cause it's 'cute'..

Jan T

That’s turned out to be a disappointing list of what was supposed to be a poll of Science Fiction films. 😕

kimburley
>>128457453

Thanks. I know your plates are so full and total respect coming from my end. Both to you both and the mods. I get it. I do read all postings before I suggest and post and like those in the polls who have good ones. Just trying to find a better way and I thank you for your kind comment.

Jake Pullen

If you two watch walle tears will be streaming this film means so much to me 😭

Jan T

Most of the above aren’t really Science Fiction films. A superhero movie is not science fiction. A dystopian trilogy is not science fiction. A fantasy film is not science fiction. I thought a lot of these movies would be pulled for not meeting the genre requirement.

Racanelli

Let's hope for some good picks for thursdays!

Kim Magee
>>128435022

Hopefully they will pick it as their pick I mean they loved the first one and this one is even better I reckon it's way better to be honest

Kim Magee
>>128440559

I disagree I think it's a really good list and while everybody loved last months to me that was disappointing but I didn't say nothing I love JoJo rabbit though and Planet of the Apes

Kim Magee

Every month we are going to have people that are disappointed with the results but at the end of the day these films are getting highly voted for a reason if we all had the same taste life would be very boring

Shelley
>>128464771

I HATE this movie hahahah my son watched it 76625 times a day. Not sure why its so popular with adults but we can't be pleased with them all I spose. Will watch along to support R&T as always x

FedeM

noooo! man of steel over everything everywhere all at once over 2 votes ?! people vote pleeeease

Ryan Crawley

Unfortunate Paul keeps getting overlooked in the polls because i feel they would both enjoy it especially over a film such as walle as much as i enjoy that movie.

TheGrouch74
>>128472138

A lot of the suggestions would have been cut due to getting very little likes on the suggestion page, with over 300+ suggested movies to begin with lol my own suggestion for example only got a couple of likes so what's the point in throwing it into a later round when there were more got alot more votes initially. They'd be polling long into February still if they'd included everything lol

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Yes stop the count, it's a tie 🤣🤣🤷🏾‍♀️😜😬💜🙌🏾🏇

Marisol Ferreira

It looks like prey won't make it, but if anything is genre appropriate and a surprise watch in the best of ways, that's Prey. Hope you guys would consider it eventually again.

Marisol Ferreira
>>128521047

Plus.... Isn't kinda a given that they've watched Man of Steel? I'm still confused about that one...

Cindy
>>128440559

This is exactly what I was thinking if we knew the demographics of patrons. Many of the older films are so good, but if the majority voting are younger they most likely are going to choose recent films because they have not watched the older ones and don't want to vote for something unfamiliar.

Rob & Trin React!
>>128521047

We have not seen it, we could of added a load of stuff if we wanted to lie. We have seen all the Nolan batmans and the new batman but not the new DCU stuff cause people said it was really bad.

Marisol Ferreira
>>128521047

Just confused, not accussing of anything 😊, but thank you for taking the time to explain. Btw, as a MCU fan I Think the DCU also have good moments, and man do steell may be one of those, we'll find out 😉

Cindy
>>128435022

Avatar is a beautiful and original film. My daughter and son-in-law took me to see it in the theater in 3D. They said the look of rapture on my face was pretty scary. When it was released on Blu-ray it was given to me as a gift, but I found everything that mesmerized me in the 3D theater seemed to be muted on my television and it lost the magic.

Bram Fatman Hènry

I keep missing these polls 🤦🏻 Transformers 2007 will be a wild ride, amazing to see my childhood hero’s come to life

Sand Man
>>128598700

id almost agree with you, if wall e wasnt one of the the best movies pixar pooped out before the all devouring storm ate them alive
