Sounds like a fun story. What's got you so embarrassed about your story?

Love to see much more of this

Great to hear it. I’ll do more.

I’m not the best writer. I feel like I’m not that literate. Lots of spelling errors and wierd turns of phrase.

HentaiHetaira

Well, I hope you keep working on it and maybe someday you'll feel like releasing it. In the meantime it's fun to see art from your story ideas. :)

It really would give it context, wouldn’t it… but what if it’s cringy?

I can understand the hesitation to put your creative work out there and opening yourself up to criticism. I feel that too. Having your work dismissed as "cringe" isn't fun. I do think there are some mitigating factors here that make that unlikely. 1. Since you're already in the erotica space, it tends to be fairly self-selecting. There's not a lot a random people that will stumble across your work without some level of interest in the subject matter already. 2. Don't underestimate how big a barrier actually reading the story is. It takes a lot more time and effort than just looking at a picture. That someone would take that time and effort if they thought it was "cringe" seems unlikely to me. 3. I'm not sure how widely you were thinking of posting your writing, but if you posting it to your Patreon, where people are paying to be there, I doubt those people are going to be too hostile with any critique they give. While it's fair to be concerned about people disliking your writing, and dismissing it as "cringe", I also think it's important to remember you're never going to please everyone, and I really don't think you should. There's something I've heard about expressing you creativity and creating that's stuck with me. Basically that it's better to make something that's specific, that some people are going to really like, even if it means there's other people that really don't like it. Rather than try to make something more bland that tries to appeal to everyone and ends up something that nobody really hates, but also that nobody really loves. That positive passion you stir up, is worth generating some negative passion as well. I think you have a vision of what you really like, and that you want to express and share that vision and while there will be those that don't like it, I think there will be others who share that same interest and will be blown away by seeing their interest shared and expressed in such a specific way that resonates with them. All that said, don't release your writing if you're not comfortable with it. Not everything you create needs to be for public consumption. There's nothing wrong with exploring art that's personal to you, and nobody else.

I appreciate your kind words. I’ll do a trial piece. It’s not finished and you’ve already seen most of the artwork, but this time it’ll be in context.
