WIP - Futanari Penis V4 (Patreon)

It has taken me a few days to get the correct shape and skin details for both versions of the penis, but finally they are almost done. I'm very happy of how the version with vagina and without testicles turned out. The vagina may still need a little more of work, but for now, is looking great. As son the high poly sculptures are finished, I will star the retopology and texturing process.

This is an insane level of detail for the vagina part! Do you think you'd consider releasing this as a package including a detailed and animation compatible vagina and anus with a name like "Pornstar Pussy V1" or "Realistic Vagina" or something? Just curious Lol

Hi! Sure. The mod will, eventually, have a thick version. The first releases, will focus on getting done all the basic stuff that need to be completely functional: pubic hair, condoms, cum textures, and penis swatches.

That is the intended goal. The penis with vagina, will have the labia rigged and as well the shaft.

Yes. The idea is to use this high poly mesh to transfer all the details to a texture for a mesh with a lower poly count. I almost in the texturing process and will do my beast to keep the shape and the skin details. About the other thing, I'm not a very good animator, so I can't promise much about that part, but the vagina with the penis, will be rigged as well. This will make possible use animations that already have a vagina animated, so, it will be functional with some existing animations.

Firstly, thank you for the reply and keep up the good work! Secondly, my apologies, I didn't mean literal animations or an animation package. I believe that you are one of the most talented creators when it comes to WW body part custom content. That said, what I meant to ask was would you consider (in the future of course) releasing a CC body part pack that consists of the realistic rigged vagina of this post as well as a realistic rigged anus?

Hi Larry! Thanks so much for the clarification. I was thinking about sculpting some vaginas like this in the future, but I hadn't considered the possibility of making a penis-free version for this mod. That's actually an excellent idea. Since this vagina is made specifically for this mod, I might include it with it. Maybe not right away, but in later updates.

Hopefully in about two weeks. Right now, I'm creating the textures for both penis shapes. This, and making the different sizes, can be a title laborious because they need to be made for males, and females, which double the amount of work. I also need to update the condom textures and the pubic hair.

Yes. The current version has an alternative zip file with the meshes hidden in CAS.

I have an issue by using your P0rnstar C0ck V6 with Crildender's Male Fitness Modifier Neck Fix Mod, When I put them muscle slider at max high the c0ck meshes distort that the tips, I was wondering if you could check it out because I prefer V6 than V7.

Hi Adam. It's very possible this is an issue of compatibility with that specific slider. I will try to see if there is something that it can be done, but I can't promise much. I suggest notifying this issue to the slider's creator, just in case.

I did talk with him about it and he said that it was the placement of the P0rnstar C0ck V6's penis UV_1 map that making the mesh distort

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I didn't have this problem with futanari V3. I set multiple Sims up with the same settings: pubic hair disabled, futanari penis soft huge with vagina. Most Sims look as expected. About one in four the penis is jet black. Any ideas?

Hi Timothy. You may need to check in CAS those Sims with a black penis. It's possible that they are using some type of CAS content that is creating conflicts with the texture of the penis. It may be an accessory, a piece of clothing, shoes, or even a tattoo. If any of his work, please, send me a screenshot of the problem. This will help to find the source of the issue and how to solve it.

I deleted everything: Clothes, freckles, every skin detail, tattoos, even hair, no solution. Any other thoughts? I messaged you a link to the image. In CAS she looks as expected; when she changes outfits the thumbnail looks as expected; but in game she's still got the black penis. So, I tried changing to p*rnstar c*ck v7 and got a black penis. Tried changing genitals to vagina and back to penis, no change. Again, it's totally random ... about one in four Sims.

I'm not sure if I asked about this question or not, so I ask now. Is the Futanari Penis 4 not suppose to show up in CAS? Or am I looking at the wrong location for it? I got it (_Noir__Futanari_Penis_V4.zip) from here: https://wicked.cc/body/noir/futanari-penis-v4/. And I see nothing in the CAS like what it shows here: https://wicked.cc/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Sample_02.png. And when I had Version 3, it all showed up in the CAS. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? By the way, I have tried placing all the packages in the single folder, right under the "Mods/Mod's" folder.

Hi! Just to be sure, have you downloaded both zip files attached to the post? If you did, this may be the cause. You only need to have one, the regular one or the 'Hidden in CAS' version. If you have both version, it's possible that the second one is removing the body parts from CAS.

No, I only have one version, which is " _Noir__Futanari_Penis_V4.zip (I think this is the regular one?)". To test, I placed each one one at a time and gave me same result. Unfortunately, my computer broken so, I need to either fix it or get new computer. So I might not able to test out further until than. Also, are they suppose to have same name for both zip files? Cause that is what I see when I download both zip files and open them to check out. Wait, what is this: 80 Swatches for the penis (tattoos). What I think is, the penis normally show up in the Clothing section right? Is that still same for regular Version 4? Just in case, can you show me how it shows up in your CAS? I want to see how it suppose to show up, because maybe I'm not looking at the right location for penis.

Yes, that is the regular one. The files of both version have the same names and content, the only difference is that one have the meshes occult in CAS and the other have not. Yesterday, working in the update of the mod, I noticed that I mixed up the name of the zip files. It's looks like the regular one, is actually the Hidden in CAS version, and the hidden, the regular one. I have corrected the issue in the current version. If you download the regular again, you should be able to see the meshes in CAS this time. I'm so sorry for all the troubles.

Oh great, that's nice. Thanks for the fix. So, I just went to site and downloaded on my laptop. There shouldn't be changes in the modified dates for the files, right? I'm asking because I still can't use my desktop cause I still couldn't fix it. I'm currently being here using laptop.

That is correct. The files have not been modified, only the name of the zip files have changed to the correct one. The last date of modification of the files inside the download, should be the same as the previous one.

Finally, I was able to play Sims 4 or any games. I ended up buying new computer. So, I downloaded and tested updated Futanari Penis and it shows up perfectly fine in CAS, thanks for update.

Hey! I'm having an issue with "https://wicked.cc/body/noir/futanari-penis-v4/" I downloaded _Noir__Futanari_Penis_V4.zip from wicked whims website and the thumbnails and penises are showing up on my sim in CAS under the underwear catagory, but when I put on jeans the penis un selects itself. Even if I add the penis on in CAS with no pants then return to playing, it doesn't stay on and unselects itself again :(

Hi, Evie. To select properly a penis for your sim, it's necessary to do it with the body selector of Wicked Whims in the play mode. There, you need to click over your Sim, then Wicked Whims > Personalization > Body and Clothing. Doing it in CAS will not have any effect on the nude body parts of your Sim, but I will allow you to use them to create outfits with them, or to help you to select the correct swatch for the penis if needed.
