I find it pretty worrying that Anna could implant memories and alter behaviors of people under her command. It makes sense but makes one wonder if there's any value in the contracts one could make with her.

That's just Scarlett's new powers to transform into another person, complete with an unique personality at work! This is the first time she's using them, so she hasn't yet figured out what exactly she can do to herself with those powers. Each persona Scarlett creates has their own personality and backstory created by Scarlett herself, but I haven't really decided yet how far that applies to new skills, but I figure the magic could make her somewhat better at accounting if she were to transform herself into a sexy accountant. If Scarlett were to transform herself into Cassie, she would be good at imitating Cassie, but wouldn't have Cassie's actual memories and wouldn't be a perfect copy, she would be just similar enough to pass as Cassie. Also, in terms of memories, this persona might be using a different name of 'Katie', but she did leave her girlfriend Cassie at home, and the friend who brought her there tonight, Simon, did leave without her.
