I was going to go with Sydney, Australia for Fiona's study destination, but then I realized that I messed up my math! If Felix and Lisa play online together from 8pm to 10pm (or 9pm to 11pm), that's 3 or 4pm in Australia. Somehow the last time I did my math, I had for some reason assumed a 3 hour time difference instead of 5.

I think Honolulu, Hawaii is a good backup (9pm to 11pm PST is 7pm to 9pm HAST), but Felix's worry with Hawaii is that its Hawaii and Lisa might be tempted to go visit Fiona for a week there. New Zealand is only a hour earlier (6pm) and much farther away, so maybe that's an option?

Alternatively, instead of overthinking this, Fiona could also just go study on the east coast and become a night owl when she plays online with Lisa (11pm to 1am EST). I mean, it's not like Felix will actually be staying up that late, he'll just have to pretend he is.
