If you read the Being Fiona extras with the alternate version of this morning, I moved the dialogue between Fiona and Jess where they discussed Fiona's relationship with Jess here.

would it be correct to say that at this point, Jess has figured out this whole thing is very likely to get much more complicated rhan Felix has any inkling of? Felix seems to be aware that there may potentially vbe something between Lisa and Craig but doesnt seem to guven much thougt about how weird that could be if they don't plan ahead

Felix knows it could get complicated, and he is worried about it, but he's also trying to be optimistic about it (and probably has accepted that if things go wrong, he's doomed either way). Jess on the other hand, isn't yet in the blast radius, and doesn't want to be caught in the explosion if things go off the rails.
