Why do I get the feeling her help will be to make reality believe she was always Scarlet for the duration of the pregnancy, and she can change reality after to people think Cassie is the one who was pregnant.

Anna is very controlling of her daughters which makes sense because at the end of the day Anna is a political creature, and her daughters give her political influence.
