We already had a version of this discussion in the Dreamband comic, but it felt like it was worth repeating here for those who haven't read it.

Like saying yes to her propositioning them? So does she expect them to react to her as a boy or has the devices reprograming of her subconcious make her expect them to react to her as a gir?

It would be the second, since "Commander Felicity" is a main character in this scenario, the crew members would react as if it was Felicity asking them out. And how they react is impacted by two things in particular: does the crew member saying 'yes' make for a good story and make sense in the story Fiona and Lisa are playing out, and two, this is a dating simulator, so Lisa made all the characters way more horny than they normally would be, so they are more likely to say yes despite any workplace HR issues.

And to clarify, the device isn't directly reprogramming her subconscious, it's merely asking Felix's brain to imagine what it would be like if he were female, much like in dreams where you are someone other than yourself. Lisa's brain then looks at those assumptions and says "nope that's not quite right, instead this is what a girl would do and this is how it would make her feel." The reprogramming would come from every time being a girl feels good: looking cute when she tries on pretty clothing in front of a mirror, catching a hot guy staring at her, getting butterflies when she glances at a hot guy, the feeling of being kissed, etc.
