Warlock : Beholder (Patreon)

It 's time to throw lasers from your eyes and disintegrate your enemies!

Here is the homebrew of the week, and it's a new patron for the warlocks : the Beholder!

I always loved beholders, as for me they are as iconic as dragons when I play dungeon and dragons. Many people are creating dragon warlock hombrews, but the beholder don't seem to get the love they deserve... so I chose to remedy this!

Edit (14/01/22) :

- Changed the spell list to only include spells that were not already in the warlock spell list.

- Eye rays now replace eldritch blast beams (the goal here was to prevent abuses where you could get rid of every legendary resistance and control a boss too easily)

- Aberrant Sight now gives you blindsight instead of truesight.

- Antimagic cone is now a 60ft cone instead of 150ft.

Edit 2 (15/01/22) :

- Just a small change to the spell list : hold person has been switch to Levitate as it seems warlock already have hold person on their spell list!

- Clarified the use of the eye rays (you can apply it once for each creature you target with your eldritch blast).

- You can no longer cast spells that require you to see your target while your antimagic cone is active.
