N-SPECTRAL SCALER [SNAP HEAP] (Patreon)

N-SPECTRAL SCALER intelligently filters and isolates off-key frequencies in the mid to high frequency spectrum, effectively reharmonizing incoming audio by re-scaling the frequency spectrum.

This rack is an intelligent retuner for all offkey frequencies that would otherwise be filtered out by the notch filter system inside of N-SPECTRAL SCALER.

This tuner pitch shifts the offkey frequencies up or down 1 semitone automatically, resulting in recontextualization of otherwise unusable offkey frequencies, depending on the scale.

This new method of frequency isolation and repitching solves a HUGE issue when using samples with multiple voices or chords. N-SPECTRAL SCALER allows for the recontextualization of otherwise unusable chord samples that would go out of key the second you pitch them up or down.

While being able to select the base key and scale, N-SPECTRAL SCALER allows you to limit the maximum processing frequency using the LP CEILING macro, allowing for more precise processing of specific frequencies.

This rack also splits incoming transients and processes only the tonal content, resulting in as little processing artifacts as possible.

N-SPECTRAL SCALER covers Major and Minor scales!

Opening the snap heap rack from the minimized view reveals the SCALE KEYBOARD using the Remap modulator!

The dot determines what note you're on. This will make it far easier to select your minor or major scale!

The FULL SCALE mode can be accessed by turning the Mod Wheel inside the rack to 100%! N-SPECTRAL SCALER uses only 6 out of the 7 notes in a scale by default to retain harmonic consistency and more versatile usability by minimizing the amount of dissonance that can build up due to how scales have 2 halftone step notes for each octave.

FEATURES:

KEY[C-B]: Lets you select the key that N-SPECTRAL SCALER will use. This includes all 12 different base notes. Use the KEYS Remap indicator to properly select your key!

[MAJ/MIN]: Switches between MAJOR and MINOR scaling!

LP CEILING: Adjusts the maximum frequency area that is being processed. The max frequency area is 3.4khz.

AMOUNT: Sets the total amount of frequency scaling.
