Hey guys! I know a lot of us were in shock with yesterdays events. I personally laid in bed all day and I was surprised at how hard it was hitting me. I rarely listened to Astro nowadays, but I loved them when they first debuted- and of course who didn’t love Moonbin. I think for me it also triggered flashbacks of all the previous idols’ deaths, too. My body literally went numb for a good 20 minutes at one point. Like I still feel the tenderness in my arms lol.

Please take extra care of yourselves today! The wounds are still fresh and it will take time. But we all have each other here so feel free to let it out in the comments below, or in the previous post!

Anyways, there is definitely so much I have to catch on (for both my side and Nolan’s side) so here’s the game plan for me. I have Double Savage EP. 2 ready to post, and I still need to post Chains Of Heart EP. 9 (I won’t forget this time LOL). Both Our Skyy NLMG episodes will also be filmed and posted today. The Promise EP. 6 will also be filmed and posted today. I’ll also be filming stuff for Nolan’s Patreon, including Eighth Sense I think (still need to talk to him.)

Now Boys Planet finale still aired today, which I completely understand why it did. In fact, I believe it’s going on now LOL. But it will be posted to Viki tomorrow I believe.

Y’all I need help lol. I’m so conflicted with how to proceed with Boys Planet. Like the other stuff isn’t K-Pop so I’ll be fine. But I don’t think I can even celebrate a new boy group right now, especially if my faves get in. And by waiting, I’ll most definitely know who made it into the group by then because I can’t avoid the spoilers 😂. Are we okay with that?

I think I’ll be skipping remaining elimination episodes. But I still need to watch Mission 3, which I really can’t bring myself to do right now because I don’t feel fully excited right now. I want to celebrate this new group but I’m not in the mood 😭. Everything so fresh. Like it wouldn’t look pointless to you guys, if I reacted to Mission 3 when a whole new group is announced? Right? LOL. I think I might just need more time (maybe weekend? Just to feel whole again before I celebrate a new K-Pop group- one I’ve undoubtedly been excited for LOL.

Y’all think your vent/rants are long? MINE are novels 😂😂😂 PLEASE HALP! Advise me down below friends 🤣🤣❤️.

Don't push yourself. It's ok to give yourself time to work through your emotions and grieve, and it's ok to put some things on the shelf if that's what's best for you. We need you healthy and ready with your trademark wit, snark, and a healthy sprinkle of thirst for all the content to come. 🙂

I literally feel the same. I've cried so much. I just feel so down with such news. Kpop is literally my escape and im just down. The sad part is im at the beach trying to be happy and not bring friends down🥹🥹🥹🥹 Im at a loss right now!!!

VERY LONG RANT / COMMENT. pls i just went off omg 😭 honestly, i dont think i can cry anymore about moonbin. i cried all day yesterday to the point where i went numb. of course i still feel terribly sad, and i do feel like i wanna cry. but i dont think i can. it still feels unreal. like i was JUST watching moonbin dance a few days ago and now hes not here?? its so unreal. it feels like a huge nightmare that we all are in and we just cant escape it. it, too, also reminded me of the previous idols death's and im sure it reminded so many others of it as losing a precious idol is always traumatic to everyone, but ive seen so many people make it about others instead of moonbin. so many people have been talking about other groups & the idols saying "we just lost moonbin, we cant lose them" when it hasnt even been like 7 hours since we did lose him. its crazy how some people can just completely ignore the fact that we JUST lost a gem. we just lost a star. or the ones who just bring up jonghyun or sulli, or the other one ( goo hara ? im so sorry i dont really know her name on the top of my head ) but they will only talk about them. whenever this happens, i know fans blame themselves for not protecting the idols, but sometimes we just cant. sometimes it doesnt have to do with fans at all, or their jobs at all. it could always be an internal thing, something going on mentally, or just physically that fans never knew about and i wish they could stop blaming themselves. its sad, of course. to everyone who loses someone as precious as these stars, but they chose this path for them, they chose these paths of peace and eternal happiness for them. and all we can do is hopefully agree that these gems can finally rest with no worries. we just need to give everyone around the idols a big virtual hug and wish them all the best with staying strong. and the gems that we have lost, are all probably just hanging out up there and playing their own songs & catching up with moonbin. (im delulutional) they are still alive, we keep their spirits and souls alive whenever we remember them. so dont forget. remember them. introduce these people to others, show them how much of a great person, talent, and human being they were. dont let them know that their death is all there is to them. hopefully we can change the way people think about idols who have passed, they were still very talened people too. and i am done ranting, make sure you all drink lots of water, and cry all you need to. losing someone is never gonna feel good, so if you feel like you need to cry, just do it. let all your emotiond out. be angry if youre angry, be sad if youre sad, be numb if you cant feel anything. (like me) and just get through this. we are all here together. we can do this. and if anyone at all needs someone to talk to, or just needs a hand to get through this, im always here. you can always ask for my instagram and i'll always be here to help. we can do this! <3

It okay to take as much time as you need with anything I personally haven’t checked in with Boys Planet and probably won’t in the next week. I know I’m not to familiar with Kpop but I know how hard it must be for everyone involved so I’m just breaking from it watching my comfort BL’s again just to calm my mood..I didn’t know the group but still just thinking about everything that encompasses what happened can be consuming mentally. I guess why I’m saying is if you need to take a break from it for however long you need it is okay..it’s valid, and no one will ever judge you for not reacting right away. ❤️

I feel you so much with the flashbacks, like I went back in time yesterday. It brought so many things back that I haven’t properly processed even in my private life like my grandma’s passing in 2019, my father’s in 2020 and my grandpa’s suicide. God even my dogs death hit me again yesterday. Like it put me back in a very nasty state of mind. The way I’ve been feeling and almost waiting to finally be able to go freely but feeling guilty and selfish even for the thought itself and I really felt like I’ve been doing better since christmas. About boys planet, just do what you think is right for you. Considering we are not here to demand or tell you how to do things but rather support what you’re doing. Everyone will know about the group at some point today so I think you can just watch what you want when you’re ready for it. There really is no point to hurry as you will most likely be spoiled until you would be able to film tomorrow and if we’re being real you have more than enough on your plate and then having to sit trough another 3 hours of Mnet’s dramatic editing and sounds very much like torture to me right now. Take the time you need for yourself to process what happened. I can speak from experience that it won’t do you any good to pretend to be fine and do things you know you’re not ready for. Your feelings are very much valid and you should allow yourself to process and grieve and feel whatever you feel right now. Lots of love 💕

Kent sweetheart, I think you should take the time you need to process what you feel when YOU feel it. you cant fake it for us. It is not important "at least for me" that you just keep pushing content if your heart and mind is somewhere else. Slow down and don't add burden to yourself. Those that support you and Nolan Will understand! Personally I did not follow Astro and I did not Know of Moonbin until a day ago. However to know that anyone is hurting so bad that they believe life is not worth living is unfathomable to me. I can't wrap my head around how we can miss someone hurting. As a parent I do check in with my children and ask "how is your mental health? are you struggling?" I never thought that this would be a question i'd often ask but it is. we all need to ask , over that family dinner or that friendly get together? how is your MENTAL? ya never know someone might be waiting for the question so they can let it out. KENT how is your mental Friend? what do you need? we are patient, we are here!💜

I think everyone would be fine if you needed to take a break from kpop after what happened. Now that the show is over you can definitely skip the elimination episodes if you want to because those are pretty long and boring although they do play some games in the episode but I'm not sure if you would like watching that. I think a lot of people just like your reactions to the performances so if you start to feel better and want to finish the show then maybe you can just skip through everything except for the performances. Whatever you decide I'm sure everyone will respect your decision.

Take as long as you need. I have been feeling down since yesterday and there’s a feeling in the pits of my stomach that just hasn’t gone away. Like i just can’t shake it. It might be the flashbacks to the other deaths that came also very unexpectedly. So i have been taking time off from social media like instagram or tiktok. So do whatever works for you and if not posting for a while is what is good for you then do that cuz your mental health is so much more important than more content we can wait. And also the same to Nolan as long it takes we will be okay and wait i think everyone agrees. 💚

Kent please take all the time you need. I was a complete wreak yesterday. I cried so much for hours my husband called my mom cause he couldn't help me. Like my hearing was impacted at one point. I legit felt my heart shattered. The hurt & pain I felt for Bin & his family was just so much. The worst is it does remind me so much of when my family & other idols I love also were called home. I am trying to tell myself he is in a better place & pain free but I know my heart isn't ready to accept that just yet. I can't bring myself to go to YouTube or on Twitter because I just know I will break down again. My sweet boy from Boys Over Flowers, man this hurts so bad. Like how can this real. I really wish this wasn't real. The way I just want to shelter all my idols from the suffering but knowing I can't is crushing me. I really wish they knew that I would give anything to help them. The world & people in it are so harsh sometimes. I just pray to whom ever & whatever to please blanket these young men & women in the kpop world. Don't let these people wither. I want to scream & kick for people to really understand that these are actual people. Ita really so hard. To anyone else having a hard time. I am with you, I am here for you. Don't be afraid to talk with me, to me, at me. If you just need someone to listen, please talk to me. You matter, your feelings are valid. You are loved & cherished no matter what. As human beings on this earth, you are enough just the way you are. Your flaws make you perfect.

Kent do what you need to do!! We all appreciate and love everything you post, and we all know those elimination episodes are dragged out so long so I don’t see any harm in skipping them. Especially like you said, you’ll have already seen spoilers so you don’t have to spend your time watching it just because. I did not know Moonbin or Astro, but I know how hard this situation hits, and it’s okay to sit with it longer and process. Sending love to you and everyone who is hurting ❤️

honestly take your time. it all just happened so it’s still still not fully processed. your reaction comes when your reaction comes and if people can’t accept that then oh well. I just enjoy seeing you react to the performances. however I know how much importantance kpop holds in your life & it will definitely feel bittersweet to celebrate a new era when an old one has just ended. so do what you need to do to take care of yourself & when you feel ready to jump in again we will be here. I know this took everyone by storm even if you aren’t an Astro/Bin fan you can’t but help feel the impact. makes me worry about these other groups out here & hope they’re taking good care of themselves because seeing this keep happening is so heartbreaking. point is take a few days, let everyone and yourself pick themselves back up and we will be celebrating again when you’re ready.

I think it’s been affecting me a lot just cause moonbin and jonghyun are so close to my age. I remember Jackson said in an interview with Erik that whenever he goes on tour, he’ll turn on all the lights at home. That way when he comes home, it doesn’t feel so lonely. These idols are just as human as us. I’m still at a loss for words about what happened. Just sending love and hugs to everyone! 🫂

The way I was so shocked about Moonbin and he was so young too like honestly I can’t even process it. You never really know what people are going through and that’s why we should help each other and listen to the people we love.

I’ve been avoiding the spoilers all week since I was watching the show with a friend and had to wait but like seriously Keita should’ve been a guarantee like.. everyone else im satisfied with except maybe Gyuvin but like really who expected Gunwook to carry the whole rap line alone???
