I'm following the same logic as the 2003 film; she's still developing. As she transforms more often, she becomes bigger and more aware of her own power and personality, so much so that she managed to return home in this comic. At the moment she still can't.

Does she need a carton of 12 ostrich eggs to meet her protein needs during the training phase?

She still has probably one more stage to go if I remember correctly, cause I think at the base, when hulk was glued I think he was becoming bigger, since he was starting to break out of the glue

In terms of face shape or proportions? I haven't made a model sheet for him yet to keep the look consistent, I'm still experimenting, but I think I'll go the route of the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes series; I like his tired and weak vibe.

So, for the AU series, this comic has been decanonized in my timeline, since I'll have to redo the scene of the first transformation including Talbot. Even though I'm using transformations from the films, both events and situations are being reworked for the AU.
