Maybe it's time to start admitting that I have a problem... Where does the local Floozies Anonymous chapter meet?

Her hips turned out much more massive than expected because I was trying to design a way for her to stand AND sit down; alas, it doesn't really work. Material bunches up and crinkles, and she doesn't look good in a seated pose. That amount of rotation I guess is impossible with this material, and now she has these unsightly seams covering the "compression cavities" I built. It was really difficult to construct too! I would have been better off making DEM HIPS the simple way I already knew.

One noteworthy success though, is the rotatng head. The factory-made skeleton had a swivel neck joint, but when I built the brown ungulate Floozy a year (two years?) ago, I hadn't thought of a way to utilize it. New Floozy can turn her head and eerily watch you no matter where you go! It's uncanny good fun! I think her hair turned out great, and those boobs are everything a fella could hope for. The derpy cross-eyed expression is intentional; makes it seem she's looking at you when you get up close. That face stripe is lopsided because I made it when the head was still an unstuffed piece of fabric, and it was hard to gauge a straight line. Didn't know it was crooked til I had stuffed and mounted it. Fixing would have required unraveling and starting over, so I left it as-is.

I might make a classier outfit for her later, but for now the bikini was something quick & easy. I'm ready to be done crocheting for a while.

She turned out great all the same! Great job!

Seeing this kinda makes me want to see how viable a crocheted fursuit would be

nice butt and boobs. thats a lot of work you did. thats 3 of them now?

I am mildly concerned, very impressed, and starting to want one now.

Unfortunately I would have to charge a ridiculous amount for something like this because of the sheer amount of time involved (and repetitive motion injury to my left thumb). That's the price of handmade originals! You could of course learn to crochet and I can tell you how to make your own. Really isn't all that hard; just takes a lot of patience. Materials cost .. oh, less than $200 if you don't use a skeleton. It is way easier to make one without the skeleton, just stuffed with foam rubber. It won't be able to stand up on its own, but it will be softer & more cuddly. I used the skeleton because I wanted to be able to pose her - but as stated in the description, that didn't really work out.

Three that you know about...

It could be done, though I'm not sure about getting in & out of it. And it would shrink terribly the first time you wash it.

Another project for when I have more time and patience at my disposal, I suppose.

You don't sit down and do it all in one session. That's over 100 hours of work you're looking at up above. You do 30 minutes here, an hour there, bit by bit whenever you can - so you must have a method of keeping track so you can pick up where you left off and know what to do next. And most importantly you have to have a dedicated workspace where you can put this thing during the weeks and months it will be sitting there "in progress."

oh wow! you have outdone yourself. I don't think the hips and booty are a mistake but a happy accident haha 😸

I wanted her to be curvy, but my hand sorta slipped on the lever..

okay i must admit this looks great even if it is not up to your standards.

St. Veronika

Okay, I'm still thinking about this. Would you mind emailing me the process/patterns you used? It couldn't hurt to take up another hobby.
