Seamus relates something he heard about a far-off country called Vulpitania or something like that - they're always a heathenish sort in foreign climes; it's supposed to be run by foxes, but for some reason they put a skunk in charge of the place. Mind you, Seamus says, he's not complaining; skunks are always more level-headed than foxes.
