What the hell am I doing?
The thought was like background noise to Toni as she ravished Erik in her lap. Given their size difference, apparently a bigger kink for her than she had ever wanted to consider, and was now utterly indulging in, he fit into her lap far too easily, almost hilariously small compared to her. Any other day, she might have mocked him for it, but today she had far other more stirring ideas in mind.
She could not truly remember how they'd gotten to her place, barely able to keep her paws off him the entire time and not giving a shit for if people stared. She respected only his personal level of comfort in not just devouring him in the street, but even so, their speed must have been extreme indeed. All she wanted was finally in her grasp, and she wasn't letting go.
Her little Human gasped as her jaws nuzzled down his already reddened throat once again, not biting but rubbing her teeth and thick, fuzzy muzzle against his flesh. His scent was all she could think of, an indulgence she had taken to with fervor. It was better than drinking, better than anything she could have imagined.
She was making out with Erik Harker, her oldest friend, and she wasn't the only one apparently enjoying it. Her powerful nose could detect the scent of his booze-heightened arousal as he groaned and writhed in her grasp. Each paw could easily have encircled his head, their rough pads trailing up and down his shoulders, back, along his hips and up through his divinely soft shock of hair. Her barbed tongue lapped at his throat again, careful not to abrade him too much with the sandpaper-rough muscle, designed by nature to strip meat off the bone.
I'll have to be extra careful with a certain special bone...
The lecherous thought made her rumble with pleasure, the heat inside of her rising. Still holding him one-pawed, she began trying to shrug herself out of her stifling leather jacket. His hand shot out though, halting her even as it slid off one broad furry shoulder.
"L-leave it on..." he murmured in a voice so needy that it made her inner animal roar in appreciation and near-starving hunger for how sweet it was.
"You got a leather fetish?" she teased, voice huskier and more primal than she was aware she could be.
"Hot..." Erik muttered weakly, panting for breath and staring up at her with eyes she never knew she could not live without seeing for the rest of her life.
Still, Griggs could not help but chuckle darkly to have her previously sassy, self-confident and gives-no-fuck best friend refused to halting phrases brought on by lack of air and sheer arousal. Because of her. "Yeah, it is hot," she agreed. "It's leather on fur, Harker. And I'm heating up more every second you look at me with those bedroom eyes."
"Why do you insist on wearing it then?" he asked, voice a little stronger as he flushed from her words and tone. She had teased him for decades, but never like this. How much she enjoyed what her private voice, meant only ever for one other person, affected him so.
"Because you bought me this one," she retorted simply. His eyes went a bit wider and she leaned in to bop her big nose against his tiny cute one. "Also," she resumed speaking cockily, leaning back from him and rolling her shoulders beneath the creaking leather. "It's like armor."
"Why would you need armor?" Erik teased back at her, no doubt trying to hide his emotions behind snark as usual.
"Because I'm a very sensitive woman."
His snort made her growl dangerously but he either didn't notice, didn't care, or, as her nose revealed to her, it just turned him on more. "You? Sensitive?"
"Very. Sensitive," she rumbled, leaning toward him again and keeping him from moving away by planting a huge paw on the center of his spine, keeping him locked in her lap. "Careful you don't hurt my feelings, Harker. I might hurt far worse of yours."
His eyes lost their teasing light but gained something much fonder. "I'd...never want to actually hurt you."
Her rumble changed pitch again, once again pleased at his obedience and candor. "Besides," she continued from earlier. "There is one benefit even a leather-lover like you can't deny." Harker's eyebrow lifted and he looked genuinely curious. She rolled her shoulders again, slowly feeling the leather jacket sliding off them before she expertly sloughed off the heavy garment, letting it fall behind her against the couch. Her large, striped bulk was abruptly even more on display, especially the straining crop-top length sleeveless shirt and visibly dark bra she wore underneath.
Erik's eyes went wide as if he only then seemed to realize their true size, what with her buxom floof of a chest all but shoved into his face. His slightly trembling lower jaw and intake of breath told her that might be exactly what he was suddenly unable to stop thinking about.
"Much better, wouldn't you agree?" she growled coyly, returning her paw to his back.
"I can't...argue..." he grated out, every word seeming strained as proof of his wildly straining desire for her only intensified.
"Argue with me less," Griggs murmured, claws tickling his back through his shirt, making him lean closer to her to try and escape their sharp tips. "And you'll find I'm very, very eager to reward you." He made a soft grunt in his throat that came out lighter and needier than she knew he could make. Now was her turn to lift an eyebrow, scar climbing towards her striped brow. "That what you want?" she taunted, shifting her abdominals and core to make her chest jiggle before his wide, staring eyes. "For me to reward you?"
Erik met her eyes, his shining with so many warring emotions that it was hard to tell between them all what he was feeling. "Toni..." he breathed, almost sounding uncertain but obviously yearning and hopeful.
"Good boy," she chuckled. At first he bristled at the comment but then her paw lifted to his hair, petting it gently and massaging his scalp at the same time, causing him to melt. "You always have been. Too good a boy to stare but always wanting to. Denying yourself what you really want because you put others first." Her eyes became more hooded and she returned her touch to his back. "But you don't have to deny yourself anymore."
A single pat to his back and Erik fell face-first into her cleavage. His whole body went stiff as his face plopped against her vast bosom, jerking as if to pull away before her paw again landed upon his shoulders and back, pinning him gently there. His breath came out against the white under-fur of her chest, hot and shuddering. The more she massaged and kneaded his shoulders with her paw, the more he surrendered to the feeling of being buried in her floof.
"Boob therapy," she chuckled, growl coloring her voice to make it into a fluttering dark purr. "You're long overdue, Harker. Sit and stay awhile. Deep breaths, if you can." She could feel him shuddering at every single giggle of hers made him jostle atop her. Eventually, slowly, he relaxed in her grasp, her keen ears able to make out his slow, deep, heavy inhales of her richest Aggression. Only when he patted her belly with a small hand did she let him sit back up. Even so, she couldn't help but giggle at how her fur had been pressed into his face hard enough to leave lines. "Hey look, you've got stripes now too!" she taunted.
His eyes met hers again, still hazy but also strangely focused. "Toni..." he grunted, and the resonance of his voice made her tail go stiff and her fur stand a bit more on end. "I want you."
Her eyes crinkled, her muzzle quirked up at the edges, and her ears folded back against her head. "Bout fucking time..." she murmured down at him, moving toward him again with the intention of devouring her best friend down to his toes. Tonight was going to get loud.
And that's when something buzzed against her hard abdomen. A second later, muffled music began to play, followed by what could only be the high-pitched cackle of...
"Is that the Wicked Witch of the West?" she asked, unable to not let the humor of the random sound reference disturb her hunger. Then she noticed his face and how it had immediately fallen. "Uh uh, no way," she snarled, grabbing at his waist and fishing out his phone for him before he could, ignoring his half-hearted protests. She glanced at the Caller ID, and the ringtone made sense.
Her hackles slowly raised in irritation at being denied by the one person she hated most and was currently attempting to break all her hard work into pieces again. But, she knew, it was not her place to deny him his own property. Reluctantly, she handed him back his device and he took it, answering the call and lifting it to his ear. She could hear every word from that ugly, too-sweet voice.
"Where are you?" Amanda asked with all the petulance of a demanding child.
"Out," he grunted, voice having darkened to a low rasp of discomfort and withheld emotions.
"No shit," drawled his fiancé's voice. "And when are you coming home? We need to talk about the things you said to me and Rene."
"I wasn't aware I owed your girlfriend an apology," he grumbled. Toni could all but feel the simmering rage buried beneath years of emotional neglect. "I'm gonna be out late."
"No, you need to come home so we can talk about this."
"Maybe I don't want to talk about it." Erik's usual sass, snark, and wit were gone, replaced with a dull resentful anger that made Toni's heart ache to hear coming from her favorite person.
"So you're just going to run away from it?" Amanda challenged. "Typical."
The barbed comment noticeably stung Erik, making him retreat inwards, not saying anything. A deep growl began to build within her to see him allowing himself to continue being treated this way.
"You can't treat me or her this way and I'll have you know that," Amanda kept going, entitled voice as grating as ever.
Toni couldn't take it anymore. She grabbed the phone from Erik, forestalling his objection by plopping a padded finger against his lips as she lifted the device to her notched ear. The storm inside her readied to break open eagerly. "Hi," she interjected, cutting off Amanda in the middle of one of her tirades about her ridiculous double-standards. "Erik can't come to the phone right now, he's currently busy."
"Busy?" scoffed a no-doubt confused Amanda to hear this new, powerful, no bull-shit taking voice on the other end of the call. "Doing what? And who the hell is this?"
"Finding out how a real woman should treat him," she snarled softly, looking Erik dead in the eyes as she spoke. "Someone who will treat him the way he deserves."
"Excuse me?!" Amanda demanded.
"You're excused," Griggs huffed and hung up the phone.
Several seconds passed in utter silence. Erik stared up at her with eyes just as wide as when she had taken off the jacket. Tears, held back only by the sheer shock of the situation, glistened in his eyes. Leaning down, she nuzzled her furry cheeks against his face, wiping them away in the same instance as she consoled him. He had only seemed to start to relax into it when the Wicked Witch started cackling again.
This time, Toni didn't give it back to him. "Helllllo~" she growled out good-naturedly, enjoying this perhaps a bit too much. Still, it had been a longtime coming and unless Erik told her to stop, she wasn't about to spare this bitch the mauling she was far overdue. "You've reached Erik Harker's phone. He can't come to the phone right now."
"Who, the hell, is this?!" came a harsher, more shrieking voice that noticeably made Erik start to twitch as he instinctively curled in on himself again. She didn't let him, shoving him back into her chest as she kept the phone to her ear. "Give my fiancé back his phone!"
"Nah," she again grunted in the same dismissive voice and pressed the end button. She leaned down in the same instance and licked the top of Erik's trembling head as gently as a grooming mother tiger to her cub, messing up his hair a bit.
This time it took only a few seconds for the ringtone to blast out again. She let it ring three times just to piss Amanda off more before she once again answered in her best, uncaring, flat tone of voice. She usually reserved its use for the most annoying of customers.
"You've reached 1-800 Ugo-Away," she chimed. "We are not currently taking calls, but you are more than welcome to tell yourself to fuck the hell off on our behalf."
"How...dare y-!" the voice cut off as she hung up on Amanda mid-sentence. A second later, the phone rang again. This was fun! "Stop hanging up on me!"
"Oh I'm sorry, I wasn't aware I was," Griggs chortled, now nuzzling her nose against Erik's head as she used her purrs to massage his entire front of his body. "We must keep losing connection." Click.
Ring ring. "Stop doing that! Stop it you bitch!"
"Ahh, and now we see your own personal special brand of maturity," chortled the Anthro, petting Erik's back with her paw and relishing in it. "Truly unique, up there with your common decency, respect for mental health that isn't your own, and furless Anthros. All of which don't fucking exist." Click.
Ring ring. "When I find out who you are..." rasped Amanda's voice the next time Griggs let her get more than a word in.
"We-Haul, senior Transportation and Hauling specialist," she replied curtly, eager to respond to the obvious threat. "Ask for Griggs." Erik tried to look up at her from his headrest, his bright eyes staring in amazement. She winked down at him before returning her vitriol to the one who most deserved it. "If you have a message for Harker, I'll see he gets it when he comes up for air."
"Is he there?!" she tried not to shriek but it came out as one anyway. "Give the phone to him! Erik! I know you're there! How dare you cheat on me!"
"Umm, not cheating," Griggs corrected her. "You two are in an open relationship. He's allowed to find the comfort, support, and affection you denied him wherever he likes."
"That is not how that works!" Amanda snarled, rather cutely if she believed it was at all scary. "Griggs...you're that muscle-bound Tiger with the scar and the jacket, aren't you?! The bad influence he's always hanging around with!"
"Oh honey," she murmured, dropping the growl from her voice and leaning the phone closer to her muzzle. "I'm not a bad influence. " Then the growl resumed, rumbling so hard from her that she could feel Amanda flinching even on the other side of the phone. "I'm your worst fucking nightmare." Click.
A long pause. Erik shuddered against her, clinging to her himself now with arms that barely went halfway around her. She happily let him do so, eager and honored to finally give him the chance to rest and let someone else fight his battles against someone who knew his every weakness and exploited them, rather than what a loving partner should do.
Ring ring.
Ok now it was getting excessive.
Erik startled against her, trying to lean back and look up at her but she grabbed the back of his head and kissed him hard enough to stun him in time to still answer the call. Her patience and enjoyment of the game had reached its end.
"Look, Amanda," Toni snapped, not even paying attention to how funny the ringtone had become at his point, practically background noise. "Let's be real. You've hurt Erik time and time again. And that stops now. Stop calling him, stop messaging him, stop bothering him in general. You broke his heart, and now I'm going to spend this entire weekend putting it back together, even if I have to ride him until he can't walk for days. Now unless the next sounds you want to hear are me choking on your fiance's Humie dick...!"
"Umm..." answered a new voice this time. All the anger went out of her at once. "This is Emelia Harker, calling for my...son?"
If color could have leeched out of her fur, Toni would have gone from Bengal to Siberian. "Mrs...Harker..." she grimaced, ears flat and heart sinking awkwardly. "Nice...to...hear from you."
"And...you as well?" came the twittering, bird-like voice, sounding just as awkward as she felt.
Griggs felt Erik pull away and finally allowed him to, willingly handing him back the phone from her clenching paw. "H-hey...Mom..." he muttered, his face just as grave and mortified as hers was. He made to stand up and again she did not try to stop him, letting him take a few steps away for privacy as she instead just buried her face in her paw and internally screamed in horror at what she'd said.
"Y-yeah..." came Erik's low mumble. "No Mom I'm fine. Yes. No I don't know. I mean...technically...? Wait, no...Mom. Mom no come on..." He had also facepalmed at this point. Then, to her absolute shock and terror, he handed the phone out towards her again. "She...wants to talk to you." His face was bright red.
Shakily, Griggs took the phone back. "Antonia?" came Emelia's voice again, still thready and a bit flustered.
"Yes."
"You're going to take care of him, right?"
That made her sit up straighter, glancing at the obviously confused and curious Erik. She returned her gaze forwards as if looking his mother in the eyes. "Y-yes... Ma'am," she retorted, voice at first weak and then quickly growing stronger between the two words.
"I always knew I liked you."
Toni tried hard not to snort in utter shock and relief.
Emelia continued. "Our family has a cabin in the forests outside of Arknought. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, mountain views." The woman's tone had become lighter, more conversational. "It's a shame we never get the chance to up there to stay. Such a waste." The pause she let hang was heavy and meaningful. "There isn't much cell service though, but it can do a heart or two good to get away from the noise of the city and all for a few days."
Toni's smile started small but it quickly grew. "Sounds idyllic."
"Very much," Mrs Harker confirmed. Then her voice became soft, solemn, and kind. "Keep him safe."
Her bright yellow eyes panned over to Erik who looked as if he were trying very hard to not show how much he wanted to know what was being said. Her glimmering eyes made him noticably flinch, and something at his waist too. Her purr resumed.
"Nowhere safer than a Tiger's claws," she promised.
"Good. Give him a kiss and hug from me then." There was a small laugh, sounding both relieved and just slightly emotional, and the line clicked off.
Putting down the phone, Griggs turned to eye Erik fully now. Her smile was so wide it showed nearly all of her teeth, making her best friend squirm uncertainly. "So...what did she want?" he asked.
"You feel like going camping?" was all she would say. She was currently busy mentally packing.
