I like Harribel (current 3) because she is hot Nel (former 3) because she is hot and her Cero powers are cool Ulqiorra (4) because he has a brain Honorable mention: Post-Release Yammy (0) because the 0th espada reveal was cool

Harribel is my favorite of the top 3. But my personal top 3 espada are Ulqiorra, Grimmjow, and then a toss-up between Stark and Harribel. I've actually been toying with the idea of getting a Ulqiorra tattoo for years now. If the top 3 espada were chosen based on coolness factor, then I'd maybe agree with your point, but you gotta keep in mind that Aizen's top 3 were chosen based not only on strength, but on who was most likely and useful to help him achieve his goal. Stark's destructive power and spiritual pressure is definitely the highest of the espada (he literally had to split his soul to keep other hollows from dieing just by being near him) and he's also the most versatile fighter of all of them. But Stark is a chill guy and doesn't even like fighting lol I also would like to emphasize that Stark is the only Espada to fight what is essentially 4 captains, prior and current. I'm just saying...
