Hey everyone, we are back again with another movie on our Marvel Madness Marathon that we are loving so far! This is 2015 Action/Sci-fi Blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron.

We both loved the first Avengers movie so much and we were both really excited to see that gang back together.

The Avengers - Age of Ultron (2015) | FIRST TIME WATCHING! | Movie Reaction

So I'll try not to make the comment too long lol but I want to add some cool details and answer a question you asked. 😅 So I really liked this movie as well, even though people actually didn't love this movie when it first came out. People thought it's a really messy movie, with a lot going on (which is fair, there's a lot here lol) So one of the best parts of this movie to me was Ultron himself. Really interesting villain. Ultron is a newborn when you think about it, and the second he was born, he saw the chaotic history of humanity. And came to the conclusion that we as a species are the cause of chaos, and in order to defend peace, humanity has to be wiped out completely. And he's not fully wrong, we are the cause of a lot of our own suffering 😂 So the red guy who is played by Paul Bettany (also who voiced Jarvis since Iron Man 1) is called Vision. He seems to be opposite to Ultron in that he cares for humanity. His mind is made up of Jarvis, Ultron himself, and Tony and Bruces personality. And of course, the Mind Stone. So this is the fourth of the stones we've seen. The whole time Loki used the Scepter, either he didn't know or just the audience didn't know, that there was an Infinity Stone in there. And remember, Thanos is the one who gave that to him, along with the Chitauri alien army. Thanos has been meddling with events for a while, and it seems he wants the Infinity Stones. He wanted the Tesseract, and he wanted the Orb from Guardians of the Galaxy, which had a stone in it. Now Thanos is getting involved directly. Danger is coming guys 😬 I also liked the look into the minds of several heroes with their nightmares that Wanda gave them. They are all seeing their fears. Tony for example, is fuelled by his guilt. Hell, that's why he became Iron Man in the first place. His guilt over his history with making weapons that hurt innocent people. Now, all that trauma is coming back in the form of him literally dooming the world. His friends, and the entire world being destroyed because he "didn't do more". That caused him to overreact and create Ultron. Tony's kinda to blame for this whole movie lol. In trying to protect the world, he almost destroyed it. Steve's was pretty sad too, but more subtle. He saw a dance party, but also violence in the middle of it all, with people fighting and one guy even bleeding. Then Peggy comes in, offering their dance that they never got to have. Steve used to want that dance, but Ultron himself said it before it happened. Steve has been fighting for so long, and we love him for it. He's so righteous and such a good person, but he doesn't know who he is without war. Having family and stability isn't something he can even fathom. He's never really taken the time to want that, cause he's been so selfless, always wanting to help others. (A blessing and a curse for him) At the end of the movie, he's kind of accepted he's a changed man, that war is "his home" Also, yes.... when Steve tried to lift Mjolnir, it did indeed budge. Is there such a thing as "halfway worthy" or is he actually? Steve is a good guy, as we all know, so maybe he is... And Natasha had poor flashbacks to her time in the Red Room, being trained to be an assassin, her humanity being stripped away slowly. I loved how they showed Vision can be trusted without him having to say a word. 😅 If someone is worthy to lift Mjolnir, they must be good. One thing, it doesn't neccesarily mean worthy to rule Asgard, it just means worthy as a hero and a person. That was the spell Odin placed on the Hammer, if you can lift it, you are worthy and shall "possess the power of Thor". To answer your question Kev about the other Spider-Man movies and when you can watch them.... you could honestly watch them now. Ant Man ends Phase 2 and then you're in to Phase 3. So you can choose when you want to start them. I'd say maybe wait until after you start Phase 3. As there's some events that are connected to Phase 2 that is good you remember. A good pausing point is at the end of Phase 3. That's a good part to maybe pause the MCU and watch some other Marvel stuff. Cause besides the Spider-Man movies, the Fox X-Men movies are really important to watch. As well as the Defenders Saga, a series of TV shows that originally aired on Netflix, but are now on Disney Plus. Those could also possibly be watched after Phase 3. But yeah you can start the Spider-Man movies at any point now. Can't wait for Ant Man, guys! You're getting close to some of the best of the MCU in Phase 3. You truly aren't ready!
