They all sound good, but as a sub the lower two were of more interest to me, and the babysitter one sounds like a really unique dynamic. Like its someone not necessarily intended to be directly involved with the listener, but they still show up unexpectedly. I like that idea. But dont get me wrong, I'll enjoy whatever you end up going with!

They all sound amazing. I hope I get a chance to hear them all someday, but for now, "sister's babysitter" is a pretty unique scenario I've never heard of but would love to see where it goes.
