You know, maybe I’m crazy. Going back and re-reading this page after 101 released, it’s super apparent now that the boobs are getting even bigger. I don’t know how I initially missed that, the last two panels are both showing clear growth, but contrasting the grope at the start of this page and the start of 101 really makes it clear.
