Whatever term floats your boat buddy. We obviously know Steve was given a female face and breasts but no vagina. So femboy or dick girl maybe be the correct term for him. We never saw if Sally still had her vagina below her new penis. If she did, then she would be a futa. Everyone in the lower half is clearly a femboy or futa based on their looks and actions. Less clear are all the ones fawning over portait/demon lady. They could be women, futa, or femboys. No doubt Anya wants to keep that group partially ambiguous. Steve and Sally do appear to be in the group, but that conflicts with the previous page as she told Steve to get away and practice before she lets him anywhere near her again.

Not the ending I was hoping for but still very good. Also quite the fantastic final piece of art for the last page. I still think that there was some very unfair evil mind-fuckery going on to get all these people to convert to being horny futa worshipers. I really hope we get a chance to pick Anya's brain about this story on discord some time.
