You think so? This page actually makes start considering the opposite. I assumed that since the OG is a tg comic that Isla wasn't cis but now we are seeing a mysterious person who could be any sex, making me think they could be Isla. Or it could just be someone who will "curse" the guy and they become Isla at some point. Both are very possible to me
