Hey everyone!I'm excited to finally publicly release Tentastic Brood !  Shortly after this Weekly Update post, I will post the public release links.  The scene features a frustrated Susan Storm looking to blow off some steam by indulging in the comforts of a tentacle monster.As for current project news, I received the VO for Peach's scene and Claire's scene.  TemptyVA was kind enough to find schedule time to finish those before the Holidays.  I plan to publicly release Peach's scene either Friday or Saturday.  Sadly I have not found a voice actress for Sammy's long scene yet.For technical news, I listened to some private feedback.  4K 60FPS versions are definitely what I want to do.  This past weekend I tested them in two ways.  Blender 4K rendering vs. AI Upscaling with 60 FPS Interpolation.  I found that Blender's 4K rendering increases the size of the images, but doesn't make the project's textures or meshes any better.  AI Upscaling adds sampling detail to fill in the blanks.  I suppose it's easier to show it than explain it.  Below are two versions of my old Ada Wong short scene.  The original 1080p 30 FPS rendered in Blender, and a 4K 60 FPS version upscaled by AI software.  Which do you like more?CLICK HERE TO WATCH ORIGINAL ADA WONG SCENECLICK HERE TO WATCH UPSCALED ADA WONG SCENEGranted I'm aware this is a tool that can be used by anyone, but I figured I'd start offering versions made with this tech for those who like it more than the originals.
