a plumbob worthy of a monarch! (Patreon)

(textures are not yet finished but I am very excited we finally know how to make new custom plumbobs!)

in the next update, monarchs, crown royals and royal partners will all have their own custom plumbobs!

a huge thank you to mizoreyukii and thepancake1 for figuring this out!
