The super genius Wile E. has concocted a plan to finally get into Ziggy. Enlisting the help of Rocket Raccoon and his technical expertise, he hatches a simple plan. Strap a rocket onto Rocket and let it rip. Of course, he didn't expect Rocket's fully cooperation, so with a bit of smooth talking (and a bit of a whiskey), he's finally persuaded the raccoon into helping him with his plan.~ Rocket doesn't seem to pleased 🦝💢
