I may or may not have been yelling crashing out in my vehicle listening to this album. Most of the B side I loved so much but I feel like some stupid manager came in and just told them to not do any bridges and cut everything short but still fill it with an outro just so they hit past 2min. This feels like creating a phenomenal robot but just pulling one of its arms off, for me it’s just not even worth it then.

need your company is so upsetting because it has so much potential as a slower dramatic angsty ballad, but with the structure of the song being verse-chorus-bridge?-half chorus? it feels so empty because there was so much potential for it to grow. i understand for streaming purposes shorter songs perform better numbers wise bc it takes less time to stream a full project, but when the artistry and the songs themselves are suffering this much bc of it, we've just actually lost the plot on why music is being made in the first place
