Like I said in the zerobaseone episode it wouldn’t work on me 😭 I feel you have to be REAL open and I wouldn’t be able to do that with the thought that someone is about read my past life or whatever. Like I also said in a different group’s episode it’s just very get out to me, even though it’s interesting to watch

Just finished obsession (I know I’m late to the party) and it’s funny I used the reference for get out in this comment 😭 because that’s what the movie gave me but like…worse.

So like, the way how hypnosis works is that: they would put you in a light trance- trying to get you to relax and stuff. And then after, while guiding you along, deeper into your subconscious while also saying some affirmations. Next, after going deeper into your mind, your subconscious is able to give some glimpses of your past life and sorts. But along with it, your mind would also be able to make you go through those same emotions you've felt from the last life- causing you to feel overwhelmed with the strong feelings from them. But there can sometimes be where it wouldn't work on people (cuz everyone is different 👀) so they would just try another method on doing it. Hopefully this helpedd 😭
