definitely brand new! If you didn't know, Shotaro only moved to Korea that year (2020) and didn't even meet the other NCT members until they started filming for this era, specifically at their NCT 2020 Year Party shoot. Sungchan knew a fair amount of the members already, but Shotaro was NEW new.
