Animation #74
Here's the current schedule again, just in case you missed it a few posts ago now updated with the winners:
Note also that after the last character for this cycle is released (on August 10 for the 6th place poll winner), I'll be going for a short holiday (see schedule) to celebrate our birthday, and life, for a little bit.
The next Character Poll will begin right after the current cycle ends during that period.

[Worklog]
It takes over 10 seconds to open my Timeline for the female character. Holy fu-. I don't 100% know what was different that I did from previous 4min+ Timeline works that is causing this. I did notice that it started doing this after adding two blank character models that I was using for clothes in the background.
Maybe that's it? It's so strange - or maybe that I'm just using a lot more interpolables than before 'cause I did start to use a lot more of it including more dynamic bone interpolables and a lot more Circular Shadows and Coloured Shadows interpolables (just for enable/disable).
For my studio users, do let me know if it takes that long too to open the female character's Timeline 'cause it is currently insane on my own studio.
It doesn't affect any recording performance though since it only lags like this while the Timeline window for the Female character is open which it isn't while recording. Still, this makes it a little obnoxious when trying to finetune Female character model's jiggle and movement since the Studio drops to a whopping 10 fps.
I am wondering if Shallty's plugin would fix that.
Still, I am pretty happy with how the shading turned out. I think I did alright with the colours, and scene lighting. I didn't have to do any amateur colour grading in post.
By the way, 'Wuthering Waves' seems pretty popular right now and the Interlude release versions seemed to be well received. Yeah, we'll definitely be adding some WuWa characters in the next character poll this September.
Anyway, good luck for your pulls and see ya next release.
