Eb’s main competitor has learned of this tendency to squelch celebrating, and so he has decided to throw a week-long party on a private island between Christmas and New Years. He’s invited the world, including all of Eb’s designers and models. His hope is that he can convince a few to switch camps, especially when Eb refuses to give them the time off.  Miguel learned about this event from one of the models.
