13-16 in April of every years, This is a traditional Thai festival though.^^

In Poland we have something similar on Monday after Easter called Pelt Monday. But we often still have snow at that time, so it's a bit more extreme.

Wow, That will be very cold. In Thailand we have this festival at summer time perfect to get wet in the hot sun though. :D

There is a Kupala's Day in Russia. Not in April though (too cold) and not so wide spreaded... So l hope I'll visit this festival in Thailand someday. It is a New Year celebration, isn't it? Have heard about it a lot.

As I know there is a small town in Mexico were they have a similar celebration of water fun in the streets ;)
