What about Acquire? That looked like the new version and one that I wanted to pick up as I have heard great things about it. Is the comment still valid for it too?

Acquire is in my historical archives because it was an important game in the past. I personally think it shows it's age and despite having some very cool ideas, I found the result of the game to come down to luck of the draw which deflates a rather long game.

It's a bit complicated because I bought them at different times and I'm not sure it's all still available. The left half is different from the right half. Roughly speaking there are four columns that are 60cm wide, 40cm deep and roughy 180cm tall. Then on top of each pair of those is a separate extension that attaches to them that is about 50cm tall. The covers you can see in the middle are four drawers, which I use to store equipment. Having a look at the site I don't think they sell them in the same formation I bought them in but you can probably come up with something similar. The Besta range tends to have multiple options. Hope that helps.
