Good morning patrons!

Here's a little unhealthy treat for you - my most anticipated games of 2025. I'm sorry if it's over your recommended daily allowance of hype.

To counter balance the hype, my next video will be my Red Flags when buying Games, which I'm working on the moment.

Life is crazy at the moment with gearing up to move house, but I'm making plans to ease the transition between studios for viewers. And I recently filmed an extra video my friend Dr. Ed Hope, which I will share with you when it's ready!

Actually yours,

Jon

These are the new games coming out this year that I'm most excited to try.

I am super hyped for your Red Flags video Jon! Thank you and happy moving from someone who's about to move this weekend.

Stephan Kyle

I look forward to the 'Things in Rings' video you hinted at ;-)

Actualol

Ah haha, nice try but that's not it!

Stephan Kyle

Seems right up your street - have you had a chance to play it?

Actualol

Yeah quite a few times. It didn't quite hit for me. Cluegiver isn't really playing and didn't find the other side to be fun enough. Not a huge Zendo guy either tbh.

Janet Morris

Honestly, this video was good enough for the standard channel. Consider it, there's a lot of good information here about publishers and designers. But... still more Knizia! Everyone in my game group know a lot about Knizia and his games from me, who learned it from you.

Matt Kutrik

Lots of interesting upcoming games. I backed The Dark Quarter too and have been waiting for a while. There were some nice updates recently, but I'm hoping the game and the app come together soon. Good luck with the move!

Tom Devaney

At this rate, we will get a “200 Reiner Knizia Board Games Ranked” video in no time!

Vanessa L. Stoffer

Did anyone play Railroad Tiles? This is the first I've heard of it and it's February 2026 now.

Actualol

I've played it! I gave some thoughts on it in the Actualol Newsletter October 2025 on Patreon.

Vanessa L. Stoffer

Thank you! I will have to re-read the newsletter. I'm seeing expansions for sale, but not the base game.

Actualol

It's probably just out of stock for a bit, after a flurry of buzz.

This type of auction (counting down) is the way flowers are bought in the Netherlands at these gigantic flower auction wholesale places.
