It’s around the neck of it. The bottom of the collar is that V shaped part

After looking at it again, the actual part of the choker is seen on the back part of the collar

I dont really see it but im syre its more visable with colours. I useally have a problem seeing details without colour. I thought it was a funky shirt with a v neck
