The video is informational and educational in nature for a better understanding of the topic of massage. For those who like massage, both doing and going for massage, as well as this content is intended for both massage therapists and professionals. 25 minutes of traditional deep massage on the floor. ASMR massage. Nothing is trimmed (full video), except for technical issues (take oil, towel, etc.). Full body massage performed using traditional techniques with an admixture of forearm techniques. The massage turned out to be very effective, deep and at the same time light and pleasant, giving relaxation both to the muscles, body, and psychological. Such massage invigorates, heals, well works out muscles, ligaments, improves the lymphatic flow of the body, improves well-being and improves mood.
