I love getting to hear the behind the scenes stuff and hearing why you chose to do certain things. Content creation is such a interesting thing to talk about and especially voice acting because there is so much that goes into it beyond just doing a fun voice and reading some lines . Im so interested in hearing more .

Blaire I think is my type. I am a subby boy who just wants to know I'm giving my partner pleasure, and take-charge women make me melt. But something about Elle draws me. She's just so happy and true, and knows just how to say things the right way. Like, I fall in love with her every audio. Eden...I am also insecure, but I went the other way; shy, reclusive, etc. So the idea of getting through to her inner self and helping her heal, I'm literally crying just thinking about it. I still want the snarky mean girl, but only skin-deep. Makes me think of Veronica from the Archie run by Mark Waid. Just spouting my personal thoughts, I really like characters and driving into them. If I can ask a question: How many new characters do you have in the works, as of now? I'm eager to meet your future characters, but I understand you want to keep them under wraps. Also, I am super excited to listen to more of this podcast! Can't wait to listen to the next episode!

This is cool I like when a creator actually interacts with their community and takes our feedback into consideration and answers our questions it’s just really nice and considerate of a creator to take the time and do because people are always busy. And I am a new sub like I’m about to go on month two in a couple days so hearing about all this lore and backstory to your stuff is very interesting and a lot all at once because I’m still trying to remember who’s at who in your repertoire. And for a question what was your favorite franchises growing up? Like for me I was a big power rangers kid then it switched to marvel when I was 8 and the first iron man movie released. And then it was like DBZ and marvel in middle school and high school. And what do you think each characters favorite franchise is?

I have a question and sorry it may be a bit of a long one. Where does the magic for the audio actually start Is it a script you see and your like i wanna fill that , or do you have a idea that pops in your head that you really like and you write a script around that idea and then what is that process of getting a idea into a script. Another question has there ever been a really good audio idea you've had , but you were just unable to write a script for it for whatever reason.

Aw man, I completely missed this! I'll just have to be satisfied with getting all this Yumlore... Super, super interesting to hear that Elle and Blaire as characters grew out of different aspects of your real personality. And it was very sweet to hear that you gradually became more comfortable with letting out your zanier (and very adorable) side, while still acknowledging your more guarded 'outer shell' - I suppose you could call it (which I would say is also a real part of you, not just an affectation). I think it's really apparent that you enjoy portraying Eden, and she's very much an engaging character to listen to, particularly when she's pushed into being apologetic for being such a mean girl. I'm a bit pleased that I picked up on Eden putting on a strong appearance covering up a very insecure core, and Blaire basically being a cat in goth-girl form. Just a tiny bit. I'm still thinking of which animal would suit Elle best. You said she has strong puppy energy and that's a pretty fitting answer. But I still want to mull it over until I get it just right Really cool to hear how you're so keen on sticking to your guns and doing the things you want to do. It's not just the key to avoiding burnout. It's also how you grow and maintain a reputation for authenticity. You're definitely the real deal, Yum! 👍👍👍

It's always really enjoyable to hear creators talk about their process because it's always unique and generally solid advice. It's even more enjoyable to listen to how someone really gets into a role and is able to embody a lot of different aspects without being in your face about it. The concept of Elle being a version of you that feels safe comes across so well that I'm always like, "If she can feel safe around me, I should be able to feel safe around her." Which is further amplified by the cozy vibes. Blaire is big black cat energy because earning her affection is the fun part, because it is elusive. It's like playing tug of war with someone who will drop the rope, then claim they won because you fell down. Eden is this mix of high status and desperation for approval that can be a really interesting character arc, regardless of what direction you go. Can't wait to hear what you yap about next month, and as for an idea, I think listening to you do a bracket of a bunch of different dinosaurs and decide which one is the best.
