this game takes way too long between updates. I had to unsubscrube because of the sheer lack of releases. This is such an amazing story, amazong art, amazing game design. What is the bottleneck on development?

I'm glad you like the game enough to get upset about the releases. I'm really sorry for making everyone wait as long as they do. To be honest and to the point, it just takes time. I don't have a team to work with, its all just me and this is still a hobby/side project that I've been working on. The artists, voice actors, etc. Are all just people I've commissioned to work on this thing. They dont work full time, they don't focus only on MGFF they have other projects. And chapter 3 is going to have more content than the previous ones. So the answer is kinda boring and lame but it's the truth. I promise that I'm working hard to do the best I can with it though.
