I won't be charging for this one because it's in aid of Tim Smith, a fantastic musician who's currently suffering very ill health. Wouldn't feel right to make some cash out of his misfortune.

Please enjoy!

Oh... btw... for those who haven't yet received your special Patreon CD's - I'm popping them in the post tomorrow.

Cardiacs: Why I Love Them

A brief introduction to the music of Cardiacs and the history of their frontman, Tim Smith. If you’d like to make a donation to help pay for Tim’s healthcare costs for one year: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/timsmith The place to go to get Cardiacs Albums, DVDs or merchandise: https://www.cardiacs.net/ If you'd like to support me on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/Tantacrul (It goes without saying that Tim's campaign is much more important that my Patreon) Thanks to the following people for help, excellent photos, posters and general knowledge: Michael Chapman Chris Crawford Jonathan Venables Chris D Butcher Extra special thanks for detailed advice and help: Ron Synovitz (who remastered the Seaside - one of my favourite albums!) along with Mary & The Ordinary Shop Girls for their blessing. Link to DFAN, a great blog that's sadly not been updated in years: https://dfan.org/blog/2010/05/09/cardiacs-musical-vocabulary/ The only published mention of the NME ban I can find: goo.gl/ammmBg
