You want to download the .znbk from loot labs then open zen studios live, then click restore select the given .znbk file you downloaded then select the check mark box next to it and select the open slot you have available then click the restore button to put onto the given slot then click the big orange program button at top right of screen then you should be good . if it freezes. Close studios website and re open it unplug zen then re plug zen in then select the icon on left side of screen that looks like a phone and a monitor together then select factory reset then type in RESET then click reset button wait for that to load then re put on scripts you had on zen
