KB3D NEXUS - The modular Gas Mask system: The Insert (Patreon)

Here we begin the refresh of the KB3D Modular Gasmask System. This time with a new name NEXUS.

The Nexus is The Modular Gas Mask System. Built around a universal interface—dubbed The Insert—each module screws securely into the mask’s insert, allowing the function to be changed as required.

This post contains the inserts for all the compatible masks. Each mask has a specific insert, so it is important to select the correct insert.

Available masks:

S10/FMJ-08 - The S10 and the Chinese replica uses the same insert. Secured with a nut on the inside of the mask. Note- The nut for the insert is reverse thread.

FM12 - Utilising a smaller insert, therefore all modules are designed for this mask. There are FM12 specific modules.

MF11/FMJ05 - This insert does not use a nut to secure it. The design of the mask allows a simple push fit, for it to be secured. The diameter of the module is the same as the S10 and FMJ-08. Therefore all modules will be compatible.

GP5 - The narrowest insert, secured with the metal ring of the GP5. Please select the GP5 modules for it to be compatible with this mask.

Some of these files will be a repeat of other posts. However this will hopefully standardise naming.
