27 05 2025: recently created a new post, containing the latest files related to this product. however I'll leave this here if anyone wants the old products.

29/01/2022: I have uploaded the blank GP5 template. This is a file which contains the screw which will screw into the GP5 system. Allows you to import into a editing software of your choice. Please remember air holes as this is the only way air can get to the wearer.

Hi All,

The GP5 gas mask system is a unique but customisable system which modifies your GP5 (Russian) gas mask to have multiple attachments.

You start by replacing your metal valve with a GP5 System Insert

This allows you to screw in an out any attachments you like including:

The KB3D Funnel

The Vac-u-lock attachment

Or simply the NATO40 to GP5 two way valve

Or create your own with the GP5 System blank template. - Coming soon

Any idea when the blank template will be released?

Is there a tutorial/guide for disassembly of a GP-5?

Merana33

Truthfully, as long as you're careful it's not terribly complex. A small flat screwdriver can be used to gently pry up the 'fingers' of the aluminum(?) retaining rings. Usually there's some sort of fabric tape underneath similar to 'gaffers tape'. Then it's just a matter of working the rubber off the metal bits. The entire front section is a single sealed unit, and contains both the inhalation and exhalation valves. The incoming air is routed up into two rubber channels that vent across the lenses to keep them from fogging, and the valve unit has two metal tubes that nest into them. In my experience there isn't any adhesive used, or if there was it was so dried out that it was easy to remove.

Sorry for the slow response. Merana33 has described it brilliantly. It's simply bending the metal 'teeth' of the front ring. And pulling out the whole unit. I till make a guide when I have time.

If you want some help, I documented with pictures the entire process 😃

Honestly, if you want to provide the photos. Would be happy to turn it into a guide for patreon/ website (obviously crediting you) 😊
