Examination revamped in 0.0.3 (Patreon)

The medical examinations in 0.0.3 will be revamped with the introduction of a new dismissal system. As of version 0.0.2 the examination endings consisted in telling the patients the cause of their problem, while automatic dialogues were given about prescriptions and discharge.

Starting with 0.0.3 the dismissal part asks the player more questions, such as:

- Evaluation of the disease/illness/wound

- Prescriptions (if any)

- Discharge orders (defer to a specialist / hospital / home care)

This way I'm adding an extra layer of simulation and a new level of difficulty, since it won't be always easy to choose an option over another (especially after the first three "tutorial exams").

Rita's and Clara's examination were also changed to the new system, so since old savegames won't work in 0.0.2 it's a chance to test it right away.
